High-speed rail lines across the country would really help to decrease traffic congestion. Although, it would be nice if the Midwest trains could run at at least 150 mph and not the planned 110mph. For me, that's not even HSR. I guess it's a start.
High speed rail is great. When it is a novelty many people will use it. Then a woman will get raped waiting for it and it will end up a place for homeless people. Lots of ways to waste our money is this your best shot
