I can't believe that this movie used to scare me. Then again, I was only 9 the first time I watched it. Now, it's so ridiculously bad, that it's good, and I love it. I've seen this movie more times than I can count, and for some reason, I still find the end surprising. I don't know why.

But, one thing has bothered me ever since I first saw this movie: what happened to Mrs. Callingham? Did she survive, or what? I really wanna know!

I was only 10 when this flick came out. I remember bugging my dad to take me to this film when I saw the ads for it on TV. My father didn't understand the rating system and didn't know what this film was about. Boy was he livid! I developed a crush on the actress who played Nurse Charlotte Beale. The dumbest thing about this movie is why Dr. Stevens would give one of his patients an ax. Also, the fact that Dr. Masters wasn't expecting Charlotte's arrival was a clue something wasn't right.
