when i lived in seattle, i coudve sworn a small plane was stalking me and dropping poison from above. one day a plane flew over at tree top and all these brown pellets fell all over the road. within a sec or 2 they evaporatedinto a myst. another plane flew over and i moved the car under a tree. I believe the American military are capable of any act aimed at their own people as well as others.However,I believe these chem/con-trails are more likely to be experiments with radar deflection techniques,or some kind of communication interference experiments.I do believe it will be hazardous to biological organisms,but I don't think it is a deliberate attempt to poison people on the ground. There are much easier and cost-effective ways of doing that.

Also the center fuel tank can be used to store a huge amount of chemicals since most are not used unless you fly oversea's. You can simply rig that up to the fuel dump lines and a chemtrail is born.
