  • Thank you

  • 2:40 of talking to get to that? really?

  • I'm guessing like 3 sets every day of 100 reps? Something so small and no weight will take forever to get the shoulders back into the normal mode. I really want to get mine back to perfect, but I have tried slow exercises like these and I can feel it and do it correctly, but do not get results from it. What would be the next step?

  • Cant get my left arms in that position when i tried to my left shoulder popped really bad -_- guess something is wrong lol

  • ARE YOU NICHOLAS CAGE?

  • starts at 230

  • It was really hard hearing you.

  • I love you dude!!

You are the best....you just got me out of an AGONY of EXCRUTIATING pain for which I have seen neuromusculo-skeletal OMM practicing osteopathic physicians as well as gotten a recommendation for surgery from both allopathic and osteopathic orthopedic surgeons here in Illinois....

    I LOVE YOU DUDE!!!!!!

    GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!!

  • @Hitman22ish still pain free?

  • @Pingu123489 yes sir!

  • Are all your exercises rolfing movement based? The one for kyphosis interests me very much. What is the system behing it?

    Thanks.

  • Tried this exercise but I can't touch my fingers together without my elbows lifting

  • i realize that my shoulder very rolled forward and im really hoping this would really help me fix my posture. but why do i feel a slightly painful muscle tension on my lower back? if this normal?

  • @MASR4 true. This exercise will help to a certain extent. After that you might want to consider the Rolfing Ten Series to realign your body in a comprehensive way.

  • @painfreeathlete I was wrong, I just looked in the mirror and my shoulders are rounded as hell. If I try this exercise will it fix my shoulder even if they are terribly rounded? Yes I still have a very bad hunch.

  • i can not see the position of your legs

  • @salimalgeria1 legs are bent with feet flat on table (knees pointing toward ceiling).

  • @painfreeathlete thanks.

  • @painfreeathlete How many weeks does this usually take to improve posture?

  • @painfreeathlete i got shoulders like that but its not my fault i got kyphosis 72 degrees and i cant fix it

  • i can barely get my arms on the table if i lay on back :(

  • @blablaidiotbla you can do this on the floor. I just happened to film on a table.

  • Oh thanks for the reply, using a support makes such a difference, I will practise until I am able to do this without the support... will try your other excersises also.

  • I have tried this, but cannot do it, my arms lift off the and I cannot do the whole move, will this come with practise??

  • @yorkieterrior15 - if your arms are coming off of the table on this one, consider using something underneath them at the point where they come off. The idea here is to approximate the motion which requires that your arms be sliding along the surface of whatever they comfortably lay on. Create a slight wedge for your arms to slide over. When they are properly supported and you do this- over time, your shoulders and upper chest will start to release from the movement. They must be relaxed though.

  • Sorry, YT wont let me post the direct link to the video.

  • @Topsliquid- its really tough to tell without having a look at your body. However, generally, forward rounded shoulders (in the extreme) will tend to look like a slouching posture. In general, you would want to start by opening your chest with something like a yoga back bend (example here: look up my other channel "socalbackpainrelief" title loosening upper back for fast lower back pain relief). Have a look at the video I suggested as well as that entire channel for some more ideas.

  • Thanks i have rounded shoulders at the age of 15 and id really like to get rid of it. Do you recommend any of excersises and how often should i do this a day/week.
