Its a great game! Like combat jet combat simulator but in space. The only thing thats missing is the ability to buy bigger ships instead of just changing parts to your tiny fighter. Its fun in generally, specially the co-op missions.

the way the flight system is in this game reminds me a lot like free lancer, to bad jump gate two never seen the light of day but at least Black Prophecy has now picked up the touch love the amount of choice you get switching out weapons and what ever else you can fit on your vessel

I made an account and downloaded/installed the game but when I bring up the launcher it tells me to download a patch and as it downloads it stops then brings up the "download the patch" screen

@omonra01 It is. The story, the ambience, the dogfights... :) It will remind you of Freelancer with better graphics. But unfortunatelly we have just 1 fighter (not counting with the tutorial) that we can play with... and theres still no economy bases in game. :/

@omonra01 Well its just one ship... but you can modify it completelly for better performance like Engines, Wings, Shields, Weapons, Missiles, Specials and Cockpits. There are 2 factions in game and you will need to join one of them. The ships on each faction are different, but still good looking. xD so its a hard choice.

And i believe they plan to add economy on it, but im still not sure. :/ Maybe in a new patch. All i know is that they plan to add a feature so we can walk inside stations.

about $200-$250 dollars to play ALL the most recent games on medium to decent quality with great fps

How did you start playing it? When I launched it it started a patch update and then it said that PatcherDLL.dll is missing, so I checked the BIN and it was just next to the launch icon WTF? @coolal124 you mean you don't know? frame rate is the number of pictures passing every second from your monitor. when you got 30 frames per second, 30 images of the games are passing each second from your monitor. when this number is low, say 20, the game feels like a slideshow cause 20 pictures per second are very few. in my case the frame rate isn't necessarily low. it goes from its normal rate to bottom in an instant, and back again, and it does that very often.

my only thing with this game is. In 3rd person there seems to be a advantage with the visuals, More to see, better awarness. But if there could be a balance in first person, better accuracy, better damage, or maybe finer sighting. This game could be epic.

But this is just judging off of this video, I can not say what it is like to really play it, but I can tell you now. I will soon:) Just observations is all.

This game isnt all that tbh i played closed beta also and it lags like hell even in solo missions... and quite often you get a bugged npc that will 1 hit kill you.. i got to lvl 27 before i quit so i gave it some time but no improvements
