Apparently in holland if your garden has weeds in it your neighbour gives you a shovel or weed hoe thing, so they are all into everyone elses business.

@lordaaronius no it was like a parade day... there was a market and everthing on the far corner. This way was the only way from and to the market so people were waiting to get passed since the market just ended.
