It seems like she just became uncomfortable and wasn't sure what to say, regarding the Kim questions. I'm sure she doesn't really give a crap how successful Kim is. Paris is amazing in what she does (business/ fashion/ beauty) and is great eye candy. We will always want to watch her! I don't think Kim is as exciting/ entertaining. Paris' show would have been just as successful, only her sister doesn't GAF and it was on the wrong channel!

The issue isn't sufficiently interesting to 'research' it -I've watched some vids trying to see the entire sequence but didn't find it. What's obvious is that at 4:18, when the interviewer asks the question, something was ALREADY wrong, judging by Hilton's face.
A smarter way of leaving the show would have been to make a humiliating statement, so that the media each time they played the sequence would have had to bury the interviewer doing it...
As it is, the sequence can be used against her...
