Kitties were lucky it didn't rain or they could've drowned! I'm glad to see they were rescued, we owe it all to the firemen and women and that little boy who took just one minute out of his day to make the call. It's sad just how many heartless people cuold learn a thing or two from him!

Oh. I also did found a kitten in the drain but cant see it. It is after school and raining heavily. I heard cat noises in the nearest drain so i decided to ya know, save it. But I cant lift the metal up. A nearby school boy helped me too, but he also cant lift the metal up. I was so SAD i went home crying. :(

I had to cut through drywall then pull out insulation and then cut thought the exterior sheathing to get a kitten out than fell from the attic to in between the brick vener and sheathing. He had to be bottle feed for two months. The little guy was in there crying off and on for about 8 hours before he could be found. Several holes had to be cut and he was lucky he was not hit with the saw on the last one. About $400 in damage to drywall and kitchen. Because he was in a wall, he was named Waldo.

We had to do the same in our laundry room....raccoon mother dropped got in the attic and dropped the babies down the wall.....one baby was dead and the other one was fine....we name him Wallace....oh and by the way, our home was up for sale when this happened!!! Yikes!!! We thought..."what next?"
