The Japan Master @ 1:53 is wearing White crane uniform. Fukien province i think?.

This is not a "White Crane" uniform but rather a Chinese costume worn during the ō tsunahiki [big "Tug-O-War" contest/festival]. Thousands of Okinawans [including Kyoda & Miyagi, etc.] have participated in such festivals for generations. You can Google "Naha Tug O War," or find it on Youtube. The best video can be found on the Okinawa Times website.
