  • Dear Kamath Ji, First Of All I Would Like To Thank You For Selecting This Song For Your Flute Because This Movie And This Song Is Very Close To My Heart Belongs To My Childhood Memories, And Again I Feel This Rendition Not Only Melodious But Devotional, I Think No One Can Listen This With Open Eyes, Because The Devin Feel Of This Rendition Is Forcing Me To Close My Eyes And Feel Like In Deep Meditation.....Regards.....Pradeep

  • @sharmapradeep207

    Dear Pradeep Bhai,

Thank you very very much for your sincere and affectionate comment. I can see how much nostalgic you have become since this tune braught back your childhood memories. Yes. I played this song with lots of emotions so as to make it sound like spiritual tune. Thanks for your Great Appreciation.

    With Best Wishes,

    Dr. Kamath

  • Dear Dr Kamath, a very sad and sentimental song sung by Rafi Ji and equally you have done well to play it on your flute. The song is very difficult to sing with high and low notes and to I'm sure it must have been just as difficult to play on your flute and you know well where the high and lows were. I never the less enjoyed your performance. Best Regards...Siraj

  • @chotasagar

  • @myvision22

    Thanks a LOT!--Regards.

  • Dear Kamath Ji,

. The song is one of my favorites. The song is very well played. Yet it needs some improvements. I am posting a video response to your song. It may help you a little more to improve a little more. Thanks for sharing.

    Regards,

    S.P.Chauhan.

  • @chauhanify

    Dear Chauhan Ji,

Thanks for video response. I heard that flute and he has played very well using Karaoke. I will once again present my Flute with same song using lower note like in your video response. I used higher octave because higher octave sounded better than lower octave but then I had to sacrifice highest note which came out bit harsh. Thanks for your interest in my flute playing and your Great Appreciation.

    With Best Wishes, Dr. Kamath

  • @wajahat03322183441

Dear Wajahat Bhai---Thanks a Lot for your compliments--Rgds--Dr. Kamath

  • well tried sir,

    I have a question, though.

Is it possible in flute to shift to the lower octave if, while playing you reach the end ( highest note) of the playing octave, e.g., in "mitwa ... mere yaar".

I am not sure how will it sound, but at least you will get the correct notes without blowing harshly, I do it sometimes in harmonica, but am not sure about the flute.

I liked the recital of ' mukhara ' very much. It was as sweet as ever, CHEERS

  • @ajayvijh

Thanks a lot for your appreciation.

I used a very high scale that is why the highest note (mitwa...mereyaar) was going out of my Bansuri's range. And I knew that I was sacrificing high note of the song for getting good overall quality. I will present the same song accurately at a lower octave in near future and I will let you know. Reason I started at higher octave was because I saw that overall effect was good compared to starting at lower octave.Rgds-Dr.Kamath

  • Very nicely played Dear Kamath bhai,

Your flute is always wonderful which I like overall the best in your musical part. And this is your true gift both in your mouth and hand to hold and blow the melody. The six holes has power to produce the all melodies of the world and you are very lucky to be endowed with this flute gift. I wish you fully concentrate on it and do more and more practices on flute.

    God bless you.

  • @mrsablu

    Dear Sablu,

Thank you very very very very much for your high appreciation and advise. I will definitely practice more and more and more and more until I reach a certain level on Flute. You said it right. Thanks once again.

    With Best Wishes,

    Dr. Kamath

  • Lower notes are very nicely played Dr. Saheb. Higher notes [mitva... mere yaar] are not coming out clearly. A good performance otherwise. Thanks for sharing.

    Dear Jha Ji,

  • One of the best [sad?] songs by Rafi and you did a very fine performance here again, my dear friend Dr. Kamath.

A little flaw in the melody [in the middle, at high notes and soon after that] and also some problems in timing may be due to lack of background music but on the whole, very nice performance.

    Congratulations!

  • @yuanyuanyuanyin

    My Dear Yuan,

    Thanks for your wonderful comment. All your points in the comment are valid and I will always improve after taking your advise. I used a very high scale that is why the highest note was going out of my Bansuri's range. I will present the same song accurately at a lower octave in near future and I will let you know. I will listen this hundred times.
