@Nhecas actually, interesting fact, in Europe octane ratings are given in RON (research octane) where as in the states it is listed as motor octane, which is generally 3 to 4 points lower. so european 98 would be 94ish in the states, not much different. in fact sunnoco sells 94 octane to the colonials

I have a 100cc Parilla. Could I go to any gas station and pump gas into a 5 gal. bottle and mix it with the correct oil without damaging the motor?

Uhm, no. Racing fuel should be used in any kart engine. Pump gas makes your kart run like shit.
