@gaaralover492 I knew you'd write such a thing that Deidara "killing" Gaara. Let me clarify this to you: first of all, it was his mission to capture Gaara (he was assighed to do this by Pein) plus at the very beginning before joining the Akatsuki, Deidara never wanted to join them when they came for him. But he was forced to join by Pein and Itachi also by losing to Itachi in the bet (saddening, isn't it?). Deidara still wanted to leave Akatsuki sooner or later (end of the fight with Sasuke).

@gaaralover492 and furthermore, I don't think Deidara is THAT evil (him, Itachi and Sasori), and I think his past (which is almost unknown) was probably sad as well. The only thing Deidara cared about in his entire life was his art, which wasn't respected by anyone (especially by the Uchihas). Plus Deidei is a respectful character and funny too, plus he ain't weak at all (like many people consider him), he doesn't know how to give up in battles despite the fact that he endured a lot of pain.
