@Njoydancing Try using different earbuds, a type or size that better fits the shape of your ears. Try to find ones that slip in smoothly, yet offer some resistance when you pull gently on the cord. I'm hyperactive, but mine only fall out when the cord gets caught on something. You might also want to try getting a case with a lanyard and/or repeatedly slip-knotting the excess cord length to minimize stress on the earbuds. That's what I do.
