  • Red Rasberry leaf tea works great for me.

  • soy lecithin or ANY soy products will mes up your endocrine system/hormonal balance and have you ESTROGEN DOMINANT which will lead to Uterine Fibroids. ..which can also lead to ANEMIA which is NO FUN AT ALL.. and fibroids are a pain and burden as well. most breads in the stores have soy lecithin and soy bean oil as well. SOY IS BAD...unless it is fermented soy and most soy in the U.S. is NOT fermented.

  • What if you have an ache for another reason, what is a pain killer that doesn't have pork.

  • @Mayimchaiyim There are different veg friendly herbal teas and tablets on the market for pain. But if you need fast relief, there are a few pork free kosher brands such as Tylenol but it may have beef by-product if this matters to you. Some kosher and halal sites have list of which pain meds to take, but it depends on what store you go to, so it would be fuitle for me to give you a list. just stay away from GEL-CAPS, it's pure pork usually.

  • You women are lucky...I start motrin 800mg 2 days before I get Ms. flow and still it's not enough, sometimes I double up and take tylenol extra strength with it. Tried ginger too and every else natural. TENS units and EMS units might work though I will try soon.

  • Pure cranberry juice helps me :).

  • Thanks Yahcna, natural products i've found to help are 100%organic cotton sanitary napkins. These made a HUGE difference in length of flow for me because commercial products are filled with bleaches and chemicals that also irratate. Also red rasberry leaf tea and chaste berry (works like the cramp bark i'm told) evening primrose oil and Boiron's sabina (homeopathic) if you have really bad cramps in pelvic region radiating through the thighs.

  • @chocolateeyes21 Yes, you are right! Red Raspberry Leaf tea is excellent! I have to try your other suggestions. Thank you for sharing!

  • @shae777888 Because of some of the herbs are diuretics (rids the body of bloating) and pregnant women actually need their fluids. If pregnant women are bleeding or cramping, they should see a doctor immediately! Bless

  • Who is chewin all up in the mic...lol? Todah for sharing sis. YAH bless.

  • @SariyahYsrayl Lol..that's my 10 year old..He's been fired from my camera work since then though :)

  • Where did you get your shirt? I hope you don't tell me you made it lol

  • I will definitely give this a try. Ginger tea is great as well.
