In my OPINION, it sounds likea drunk cop. Knowing he is carrying, playing tough guy in a bar. He knows his badge is a "get of of jail free" card and his gun can back up any silly shit he talks. The Marine may have called him on his silly shit and the cop pulled his gun- his muscle, and shot the Marine. I hope this cop gets ass cancer and dies a dlow painful death. Just an OPINION only...from watching other videos on this and my own experience with a drunk off duty cop-who is NOW a civilian.
