Sa totoo lang, walang binaril si Mendoza sa mga hostage. Ang pumatay sa mga hostage ay mismong mga pulis na nagpaputok. Hindi naman nila sigurado kung patay nga lahat ang mga hostage, eh bakit sila namaril? Mali ang hostage negotiation, kasi ginalit nila ang hostage taker, sa pag aresto sa mga kapatid ni mendoza.
