Get Steam, buy a Source engine game, then buy Gmod. Download the models you need for Gmod, use the camera tool to take pictures, then get the appropriate sounds and edit everything with a video editing program (I used Movie Maker)

There are far better Gmod movies than this around, though. Both in humour and construction, and there are better ways of making Gmod movies than the way I did it here.
