I know how you feel Al. My ceiling is not much better. To work on 4 rings I have to get down on my knees. When I do that, I also find my throws to be less accurate. It's either that or go outside, and I don't like practicing rings outside. Hopefully I can get a better place to practice in the near future. Anyway, amazing juggling as usual! 5 stars!

Yeah, I usually learn to juggler better sitting down or on my knees in winter. I hate winter..... I do like to juggle snowballs though.

Nice Video! Yeah, low ceilings really limit your practice. Now I have a house with high ceilings, so I am really happy. It sure beats going outside in 90 degree Florida weather to practice 7b or other high patterns...

I've been juggling a year and a few months also. I would practice short and frequent times, but I'm just plain way too addicted, so I think I will just keep practicing hours on end. I did have a few months where I didn't juggle as much though, which is probably why I am still working on the 5 ball cascade.

hey! I do that too with 6 sitting on the edge of a couch. It works quite well unless you have an errant throw
