I live in Tampa and we go to disney usually at the weekends sometimes and i go with my friends sometimes and when it's lightning and we're at animal kingdom it's frickin scary cause theres trees everywhere!o.O

True story: I was at Disney World one time and the rain was just pouring down and lightning was going on and as we left the Magic Kingdom in one of the ferries we saw lightning hit the freakin castle itself which resulted in 3 or 4 fireworks going skyward. It was scary and awesome at the same time.

I was on a boat at Disney World on my way to a show, and it was raining like this. The lightning struck about 50 feet away from the boat at a tree and set the tree on fire. The captain of the boat announched over the loud speaker. "Would everyone please keep their arms and legs away from the outside of the boat. Thank you."
