Pull it, he and others have stated when he said "pull it" he was refering to the firefighters in building 7. As they felt the building was unsafe.

The firefighters were pulling the people out of WTC 7 around the time that WTC 1&2 fell. That was before 1:00. WTC 7 didn't fall until after 5:00.
