why was this cut it answerd a veary big question silly though it my be and your not sosposed to think to hard on it the part if herber still alive with no answer realy to mew out of the movie . this was a preaty good seqaule
Wow this would have been a much better opening than the theatrical version. The theatrical doesn't even explain how Herbert survived, he's just there!
Barbara Crampton was Meg, anyone else just would not be right. Better that they left this bit out, although the lines spoken by Jeffrey Combs was rather clever.
There's not a lot of special features as far as deleted/extended scenes on the Pioneer DVD. The main attraction for me is the commentary track with Jeffrey Combs and Bruce Abbott, which is hilarious. I've got one clip up featuring the commentary, and hope to do more.
Thank you. :) Mary Sheldon, who played Meg in this scene, was quite a trouper. Too bad it was all for naught, but it's interesting to see nonetheless.
@Kittykatzen did she ever do anything ells? as a amiture filmaker my self its kind of frustrating so much work goies into sceans that never make it in and people who havent down anything els looking forward to being on screen theres sceans dont make it .all that work for nothing or atleast they get paid

I wish they kept this scene.
That "No, Hill didnt kill me. He didnt had the guts " made Herbert look even cooler than he already was for me and even badass.

Before Dib Membrane, before Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, before Milton Dammers, there was Jeffrey Combs as Dr. Herbert West.

Mary Sheldon was gorgeous and magical, she was on Y&R and Santa Barbara too I think. Never could figure out why she never Made it big time

Wow that actress has some serious control over her facial muscles. That must have really ached after a while.
