  • This is not a safe diet, you guys. It is way overly restrictive. You don't need to restrict what you're eating, just add more healthy things than junk food! And drink lots of water, go for walks more often. Health is not that difficult or horrible. Eat when you're hungry. Get your nutrients. No need to deny your body energy!

  • That's a really restrictive diet that may be considered "clean" but it doesn't have enough nutrients to be truly nutritious.

  • Main Things 2 Diet: (MY WAY)

    1) 1 Portion of your food everyday.

    2) Cut down on sweets. (You can treat yourself with chocolate once every other week) but if you want to loose the weight, dont eat sweets/sugar until your 3 weeks have finished.

    3) 1-3 hour of excercise.

    4) Usually its 8 glasses of water, I push it up to 12 glasses.

    5) Completey NO pop, unless you wanna treat yourself.

    6) AND NO EATING AFTER 6-7PM!

    7) Eat a Good and HEALTHY breakfast that will full you up, so you wont think about

  • I have a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries (if I have them) in the morning after I jog. I found that adding almond milk instead of water is DELICIOUS and sweetens it up. I don't know how much sugar is in almond milk, but I'm not adding a lot. Just thought I'd mention it because it's SO GOOD!!!

  • i love ur channel! ur gorgeous + honest and u keep it real! I've been working out with weights for a year and I'm quite toned + slim but still have some baby fat which i'm having trouble losing. I eat and work out well. I do cardio 5 - 6 days, ab exercises every other day, and try to eat healthy except once a week. My questions are,

    (1) what would u suggest for someone who wanted to lose baby fat and chubby cheeks? I've doubled my cardio from 45 mins to 1 1/2 hrs. But my weight won't budge!

  • she means to separate the egg white(clear part) from the yolk (yellow part) and cook ONLY the clear parts because the yolk is high in cholesterol so you dont want to eat that part.

  • Instead of tuna, I am a vegetarian but tuna is the ONE thing we do not have a sub for. What would you suggest?

  • Red kidney beans!

  • Chickpeas can come close to tuna in terms of taste and texture and are super healthy for you (lots of protein, fiber, iron and all that good stuff). As for the omega-3 found in fish, a veg substitute could be flax seeds, which you could grind up and put into a healthy shake you like. There is also flax oil you can buy to make it easier. =)

  • you know as far as that i really dont know. i am not a nutritionist, or a personal trainer so i only knwo what really suites me and the diet that i follow. i give advice on the things that i do know while researching , but i wish i could help you.

  • @numz4 Hey, if you are a vegetarian I would suggest this:

    Breakfast- Any fruit w/ plain oatmeal

    Lunch- Letus w/ veggies and italian dressing (Italian is the dressing with the lowest amount of calories)

    Dinner- Pan fried veggies (no oils or salt) served on top of brown/wild rice. (White rice is the worst thing you can have)

    Drinks: STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL (it makes u gain weight like crazy), drink ALOT of water, if you are a soda fan and CANNOT give it up, I suggest the Pepsi 0 or Coke 0.

    believe me i am not such a good girl. i was when i was away form my bf, but he lovessss him some food, and im italian and thats all we now how to do. just need determination. and it helps if you have another person do it w. you. thats how i got so good cause my bf mom did it w. me

    well i have to be honest i was lucky enough to have a great bf and his great family to take care of me not having to work while i was going to college. and i set up my classes so they were all night or late afternoon classes which left me the whole beginging of the day to work out. then when i was done w/ class or had the dsy off i did the gym in the am and ZUMBA at night !!! You just need to find some time to do it. i know now ill prob be waking up earlier in the am then work

  • yes you can but its just easier when you get out of the gym or working out to have a meal rite after working out to keep your metabolism going. its like it acts for another 45 min that you still working out. but yes you can

    but I really can't explain how your video got me motivated,

    I used to go to the gym before summer travels, now I've stopped because my gym membership expired, but you got me all hyped up. Its really hard to keep on going especially if you don't lose weight as fast>>my prob, but when I used to hit the gym, it really felt amazing, my body was craving the workouts soo bad you wont believe :)

  • hey gurl, im glad you enjoyed it. yes this plan is great for you. its not a diet plan because most diets tend to say no carbs, and this does, but its called a "Clean Eating" your getting rid of all the toxins and bulidup of all the other crap that youve eatin. so yes mam totally good for you

    unfortunatly, you cant just have the potatoe, you need to have protein and carb, sorry, but you can do 2 slices of turkey rolled in lettuce for a sub

  • you have nothing to be sorry about i love the questions. thats y im doing this. here is the hard part about dieting. Yuo cant eat past 6. and i was the same way eating that late as well, but going to bed w/ food in your stomach and not moving around it wont burn off what you eat. my recomendation. a Tea called Wu Yi Tea. it kills any craving you have. see sweets is my prob and when i drink this it almst kills it. hope that helps you

    yes you can sub the grape fruit for other frutis like any kind of berries, such as black berries, blue berries, strawberries, red berries, make sure its a cup thought. hope that helps

  • hey there, thank you for the consern, but i use the packaged tuna not the cans.

    crossfit is amazing to do but for beginers it may be hard so starting off doing "superset" is best.

    But doing a bunch of exercises at high reps low weights is a soft of crossfit..

    after all i do do it ...

  • 1. why not just use Crossfit's workout of the day? doing exercise after exercise is called superset, not Crossfit

    2. you should relax on the canned tuna, i heard the mercury content is quite high

  • I'd actually really like to see the exercises done. When I'm at the gym I just stick to what I know. I don't know what the machines are called, I just use them the way I was taught.

    If you were to demonstrate what the movements look like and mention the name of the machine you do it on, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much :D

  • well i would say to just follow this meal plan as well cause it helps gain protein which helps your muscles get stronger and that will put weight on. working out to build muscle is really importat for weight gain. aslo there are really great shakes the GNC make that are weight gaines
