Enter thirdperson in the dev console. The server has to have sv_cheats set to 1 though, and most servers don't. You can try it in offline practice and such though. It's handy to enter '-console' in the TF2 launch options on Steam - it automatically opens the console every time TF2 is launched.

@floof5467 they don't! Every TRUE soldier knows it is best to fire the rocket launcher at ALL times, EVEN AT POINT BLANK. Most other pansy classes can't handle that raw firepower, and even if you die, you usually take them with you!
