flash point, vapor pressure...etc.. there are many conditions which must all be met to support combustion. it is why you can stand in a paint booth painting with highly volatile lacquer paint and a spark or even an open flame will not set off a fire. there has to be enough fuel but not too much, temperature must be right and humidity makes a big difference. The heat from any initial combustion can be absorbed by water vapor blocking any chain reaction.
I suspect the addition of water is to modify the flashpoint of the gas making it less susceptible to sparking off.
any polymerization process (burning) requires a certain amount of input energy usually heat or shock to sustain a chain reaction. combustion will not continue if the heat given off by a critical event is not enough to sustain other reactions.
basically...the fuel can put out the fire. it's a delicate balance like putting out a cigarrette in a pan of gas
It is a handy programme within "Pinnacle Studio" editing software that generates music of various types to fit in designated lengths of video. Smartsound is the programme. My version is quite old on Studio 8. I have downloaded a trial from Smartsound and there are many, more electronic styles of music available.... bit too hot for me!. Good luck,

@craigmancool It is a lifetime ago. It took weeks sometimes to get there.Catalinas, Smaller seaplanes, then boats.
It must have been a nightmare at the time. I am not sure what goes on in that part of the world now

Those early days. The use of those Bells took about 6 hours off the river journey, done previously by river boats.
