never tried this before but felt like a creamy soup. Made this and it was DELICIOUS !! I added loooots of cheese , so id recommend not adding too much salt , as mine turned out rather salty but still soo good :) thank you !

This soup was so easy to make, so delicious and a hit with the kids most importantly!! Will defiantly be making this again. I crisped up some bacon pieces and put on top, and was a tasty bacon "crouton".

real cheddar, and fresh broccoli is way better. buying frozen broccoli is not much of a time saver it takes like 10 seconds to trim broccoli florets from the stalk
