Just the federal government taking full control of the healthcare industry and transferring that control to a few PRIVATE companies who can charge high rates because they'll be working together to provide the same level of care, if much care at all. Remember, monopolies are illegal, but DUAL-monopolies are not! Oh yeah, soon it will be made law that those uninsured will be fined $750 for every year if not covered. Look it up!

Right, the government will sell off public assets as soon as it gets its hands on it, if it were to nationalize the healthcare industry there would be at least a modicum of accountability since the state has to answer to a constituency. Corporations have no such obligations, so consolidating healthcare under a handful of privately held firms is very different from nationalization. The whole thing reeks of crony capitalism.

If you read a bit about what's actually in the bills congress has proposed, none of them involve nationalization. In fact even the proposal to create a state healthcare provider to compete with private ones was shot down by Congress. Apart from that, I agree with everything else you're saying here. Unfortunately we already have privatized prisons (prison-industrial complex) and privatized soldiers (Security firms like Blackwater.)
