AAAA. 260956Z FEB 2009 This happened some years ago now to a mini cab driver who broken down in tne snow in Westbourne Park London...A ticket !!! whether he appealed against it I do not remember....Thank you for posting.......AR.
This happened as well, in south london press, there was a article where a mop head was involved in a accident and a traffic warden still gave a ticket, even though the ambulance was present.
if the cops spotted them..........
