Whoever at Cafcass rang the police must have known court orders were in force. The police were at fault for not checking. What has happened is not only serious and blatant Contempt of Court, but Making A False Report, Wrongful Arrest, Unlawful Detention and Perjury, if a Justice's Warrant was obtained, also. It must be made clear to all Cafcass staff that lying to the police and the courts, including JPs, will carry severe consequences and not be tolerated and be enforced.

The Arresting station was Abertillery Police station. They allowed no opportunity to show court orders, which could have prevented a wrongful arrest and imprisonment.

The Arresting Officer was based at Brynmawr police Station. So it's Gwent Police.

The government has advised that this is SERIOUS.

The government advised via HANSARD to sue for Maladministration, and the Dai Davies MP is willing to proceed.

I asked this cafcass thing if she believed me when I said that I had not hit my ex. Her reply "no". I was not a little shocked to find that the one person involved in the case who was supposed to be impartial was infact working against me.
