  • Great video, Great Vocals. These guys have more energy than any group from that era. Have seen them many times. Always a GREAT show.. Jen

  • Re Northeast Philly comment. Yes. I see some people doing it the way I remember too. I also see the one singer do it a little right at the beginning. This stomp I remember is a little bit like the shuffling that you see now like in "Party Rock Anthem."

  • Is that Ron Jeremy on the left?

  • @McNarsty LOL!

  • No Len Barry, No Dovells.

  • @cosneg1149 I agree, I saw this version sometime ago. I also saw them with Len Berry, and it is like apples and oranges. Len is the voice of the Dovells.

  • This is the first video I've seen in which it looks like some of the crowd is doing the Bristol Stomp the way we did it in Northeast Philly in the 60s.

  • The difference between Jerry's voice and Len Berry's is a pretty minor difference. This fellow puts the song across just fine.

  • Grab the audio from this song at soundnabber doht cohm.

  • The lead singer is definitely no Len Barry!

  • Yes, this is at Little Darlin's

  • Was this video taken at Little Darin's in Old Town, Fla ?

  • So Cool,They Look Awesome

  • Might as well be some unknown cover band doing this tune. Just because he is an original member doesn't help his voice. But I guess however you can capitalize on your past is okay with me.

  • That is definately Mark and Jerry! I have seen them a million times and Jerry and Mark you still have all the energy, performance and voices to the max every time! Bless you for sharing your talents all these years. May you keep on doing it and get all the best of all good things for being such great people on and off stage!

  • The lead singer here is Jerry Gross who is an original member, but Len Barry was the original lead singer. The other guy is Mark Stevens who also was an original member.

  • Are the guys in the group the same as the ones in 1961?

  • Thanks for the Great posting.

  • Still stomping to the Bristol Stomp!!!
