I am Croatian and I was in Canada many years ago. That's one great, big and cold country :D I saw you on 24sata.hr (our news portal) and you sound great for person that is learning croatian. Come in our Dalmatia (perfect for summer vacations) or in Slavonia (perfect if you want to experience life on croatian village or try some of our food like homemade sousage or something similar.).

And yeah, š=sh, ć= ch, č= ch (but a bit harder), ž= Umm..As in.. Jacques? >< ,đ= joh, or jo..(Like *Joh*n), dž= same but a bit harder
