Typically people don't play covers because they can't nail the chords or figure out how the song is played. If you are a journeyman guitar player playing a cover is as simple and fast as thinking of the song. John from the Chili Peppers plays a version of "How Deep Is Your Love" by the Bee Gee's. I've known how to play that for years, I mean playing it the right way. It's a great song to just be able to throw out. It has Maj7th's, Min7th's and a G# with a A# in the bass... It's good stuff. LEARN
