Hes been Bmxing for a dam long time, hes brilliant, still smooth, still goes big i mean look at the air he gets!, has won many comps and medals, has been riding for so long a true inspiration and early pioneer just like thorman stated. If you havent seen the miracle boy and nyquist dvd then i suggest it as a great fun watch with awesome tracks too. He was doing like flair tailwhips back in 1993 before some of these modern riders were even born, i cant believe that guy asked why is he popular..

Street gets boring, watching people grind, then manual, then barspins, then gaps, in park people go high and that takes alot more balls and technique to do then street, im not knocking street, i ride both.

Like the video. Dave is also a very technical rider as well especially with brakes from his flatland riding years. Some of the basic flatland tricks usually end up being the deck tricks with the front brakes. Some people have negative things to say and lots of people have positive things to say about Dave Mirra. Dave and Mat Hoffman have done alot for the sport. They rode their bike and their drive inspired others. Great job Dave.

Dave Mirra is one of the best if not the best bmx riders in the world.

Yes he can do all those stunts, but the best thing about him is that he doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks about him.

He just rides for fun and has a good time and thats what true freestyle bmx is about.

that machine is probubly a engine cleaner, it uses chemicals to clean engine parts, and the sometimes are used to take the paint off of the egine parts, basically, its a box with giant gloves attached to the inside of the box so whatever is in the box can't hurt you

I ride bmx... Dave is cool and all but I don't see why he is so popular, There are a lot of street riders that are a lot more fun to watch than Dave just pulling off perfectly executed tricks just like the books show you how.... I wan't to see him ride street for once
