Like what you're saying about Electro-Jungle, Cyber Metal, Electro Metal, and Electronic Metal, I would just call either Industrial Metal or Metal with techno. Every band is going to have a unique style, and when one person says it's "black metal", there's always going to be one person that says it's "folk metal" and open up a shit storm on the net.

Or actually bands in this video are sort of well-known but in the other videos the bands are quite unknown.
