@elijahstrange707 I actually disagree. If more people would practise Parkour, it's becoming more of a competitive activity, 'cause you're not the only one anymore.

It becomes like football or soccer or so, if everyone would do Parkour, such as almost everyone plays soccer, the meaning of Parkour will change. It wouldn't be efficient anymore, because everyone knows your possible heading and moves.

It would ofc be alot more fun if more people would do it, but that's it.

this is more free running that parkour. Parkour is about getting from a to b as fast as possible conquering anything in the way. Free running is more this, conquering small things at once or mini lines or gymnass out doors.

No offense intended but most of this isn't parkour, but freerunning which is different. Parkour is about efficiency not doing fancy tricks, which isn't efficient.

@RyuRiku Idk, but you can learn it by watching videos and doing it on the street.

first, try to train resilience, stamina, fitness, and the basic parkour techniques. After that, you can learn some flips (on a playground or in a sports hall).

This is everything you need for Free Running. 3Running is much harder than Parkour, so learn 3Running step by step.
