The Wizard rocked our worlds. What a great time for music and a great time to grow up. I have two cassettes of the Wizard and they are two of my most prized possessions. Anyone see him as The Wizard a few years ago at the State Theater?

There was nothing like catching these galactic frequencies late at night, from north of the detroit border..especially those cold canadian nights with that bugged out freezing techno sound. Just sublime. From Mojo, Mills and the roster of lesser known detroit Wax masters, it was the roots for my Dj excursion in life. Peace thanks for posting.

i remember when the wizard was on 93 before 98 jlb.I was living in battle creek Michigan In the 5th grade.I would put tin foil on my antenna on my boom box to pick it up clear.

I dont think the world understand what the wizard (jeff mills) did for Detroit.....i grew up on the eastside of detroit.....and couldnt wait for his time on wjlb....i would breakdance to every mix in the basement......during the 80's....the D had everything on lock........from music to fashion.....i really miss those days
