  • NO WAYY!!!

  • OMG! ITS Mario Baracus!

  • THE LURCHES are the Emperors !

  • um.... wow... just wow.

    speechless....

  • Hahahahahaha,Groooooooooooooovy Maaaaaaaaaaaan!

  • let's be really cool and wind our arms around in geometric circles instead of playing the chorus....we're expanding sonic boundaries.

  • @posthumanhero you're trapped in a box.

  • The Gories influenced so many bands it is not even worth mentioning them all. Modern day garage should be proud of the heroes that paved the way for top 10 albums by Nirvana and the white stripes................... Pay homage to the best band straight outta Detroit since the stooges and the MC5 and Funkadelic.........................We love you Mick!

  • @cosmicmother2: I won't even explain it to you 'cause you don't get it and never will. That's o.k. though. There are plenty of "great" people for you to watch and listen to. As for me, Peggy O'Neill is right up there with Moe Tucker and that's a'h fact Jackson!!!!!

  • @fuzzymode no i [do ] get moe tucker from vu and i do get birthday party........even the gal from white stripes had a bit to offer.........i do get simplicity when it is done well.........what i [do not] get is the proverbial buggers on a piece of cardboard..........i don't have to consider that art.......this uskcs big moosecock.........i would even take cramps or, worse yet, half Japanese over this shit

  • @cosmicmother2: You have named some super amazing people and they are all folks I love very much also! Please disregard my comment about "not getting it" 'cause apparently you do! You are also correct about your right to an opinion so thanks for coming back and kicking me in the butt about this. The Fair Brothers were incredible live (...as were the many other line-ups of 1/2Japanese) and some of the best drumming that I ever witnessed was by the cardboard/found trash player of Doo Rag..! (;o)

  • @fuzzymode for simplicity i drumming i tend to favor '72 era hawkwind....i feel compelled to namedrop swans, live skull, sonic youth and rat at rat r' bands drummers -- though they were hardly simple, just primal.....god jad fair used to give me headaches live......i used to have a box set of half japanese - lol - recently gave my copy of 'our solar system' (i say 'gave' because he gave me two dollars) to a local record store -- kinda regret it because it had a wonderful song on it called 'esp'.

  • @cosmicmother2: Cool! More great bands mentioned by you!!! I've just (re)purchased some Swans after selling the majority of my vinyl several years back for......wellll......let's just say for all the wrong reasons. (;o) Dang man.....No one ever even mentions Live Skull!!!! I loved them live and loved that Live Live Skull album very much also! Tom Paine was also an amazing photographer ...and still is I imagine. I think Jad was trying to give people headaches!

  • @fuzzymode i've met about twelve girls so far who do their mo impression -- it goes so far in a band to say the least (unless your covering VU)......and if [you are] gonna rip off mo 40 years down the evolutionary line you should at least hit the snare drum or it tends to sound like someone beating on a bassinet (especially when the skins are too tight or the pa's not so hot)......i just don't like this band.........they haven't captured anything that really makes this song good.....hipsters.

  • @cosmicmother2: That's cool....Truth be told most people didn't like them. If I remember correctly they received the worst band in Detroit (award ?) at one point. I do like the Dirtbombs much better with two drummers instead and much better songs I think. What did you think of double drumming of Butthole Surfers in their hayday? they sure were a swell live act and I loveddddddd those early releases by them!!!!!

  • @cosmicmother2: I hear you and agree on several fronts. It's been really cool having this dialog with you! Have you posted vids here? If so...Link me up!

  • this really blows....as for the rollins band comments: they were one of the best bands i've ever seen -- awesome awesome musicians -- live and i could hardly put them in the same room with this crap.

  • @posthumanhero Henry Rollins was the worst singer for Black Flag...

  • @megafaded69 thats what they all say....probably because he made their best album with them (damaged) and people just can't stand it.........he was the rawest most powerful singer in flag and made the other singers sound like they were trying out for the archies......even rollins has to put the other singers on a pedistal to make other feel better about themselves........sad.........rollins band, also, did a far more convincing version of this song than this half baked piece of shit band.

  • I dig it. This would be great for a soundtrack. Check out "Detroit Breakdown Imported" and watch the promo. Test film. 10 episodes 3 are up.

  • worst audience ever. how can people listen to the gories without boogying?

  • Sounds really good !

  • I can't get enough of the wigga at 3:09

  • This is feedback Magick! Love it

  • SO so so so so good!! Thanks for the great footage!
