@Gouch616 use 2 nuts( one on either side of the wall which the bolts are on). the inside has the coil going to it and the outside has the amp going to it. secure both sides of the bolt and it will work. use locktite

you don't use wood screws to secure the woofers, do you?

I always use 1/4" threaded "bolts" that screw into T-nuts or hurricane nuts, the bolt head has more surface area to hold the frame in place and the T-nuts make it possible to crank down on the bolts, doing this will hold the subs much tighter to the baffle so the subs won't move even 1/100th of a mm and the subs frames act like supports for the baffle

parts express sells the T-nuts and corresponding 1/4" bolts of the right length

i don't even know much about car audio and it seems i understand more than you. the port is tuned to 30 hz i think or 32 hz and its not flush with the door, he has batteries in front with a shelf sort of top over them that gives a clearance of about 11" from the door. he knows what to do to get the most out of these subs. if he didn't it would be a waist of his time and money which quite clearly isn't the case here. good work Steve, keep it loud my man!!!
