  • O_o

  • big benni the king of deadlift!

  • Lol, he bounces the weights. Amateur.

  • This guy does 575 the way I do 205... jesus fuckin CHRIST! I cant even do 495 ONCE hes doing 575 prolly all day!

  • This man is awsome does he use leg power to deadlift or just his lower back?

  • @Phamhungcuong1987 In his max lift, both. Push with the legs and pull with the back. Push pull.

  • @Phamhungcuong1987 Leg power generally comes from the hamstrings. strong quads can improve a deadlift off the floor but are not essential. deadlift power comes from hamstrings, glutes, lower back (spinal erectors) and to some extent quadriceps...having a strong upper back aids in deadlift lockout as well.

  • @ak632621 and of course a big, strong abdomen from tons of heavy ab work

  • imagine him in the next bros vs pros deadlift challenge with straps, he would fuck them all up haha

  • @Warsheeper Haha that was the first thing I thought about coming into this video

  • it's amazing how pro deadlifters are able to keep their upper back rounded while at the same time keeping their lower back straight. I guess it comes with experience.

  • i can do 22 with about 175 lol

  • I started laughing at the first rep. It looked like me deadlifting 225. Amszing how fast he got it up.

  • i wanna do this just once

  • looked too easy for him... i have a vid of 14x405 @150lbs bw... im sure he could probly get those reps with 700+ if he grinded it out like i did...

  • @dudemoya plus he had already pulled 903 plus set the world record of 1015 lbs.

  • Wow

  • I can deadlift 585 max and I'm a beast at my gym. This makes me shit lol.

  • Haha he makes all his lifts look easy, such a beast.

  • the previous world record for most weight deadlifted in a minute...

3864 pounds by Dr. Thienna Ho

    And Benni Magnusson....

    2*575=1150

    1150*11=12650

I think it's safe to say we have at least an unofficial broken record here...

  • @SCHYang Think that is BS! A lot of men can do 575 for 8-12 reps in 60 sec here in iceland and that is 4600-6900lbs a minute

  • truly amazing feat...wow hes a friggin monster....

  • this guy is unbelievable strong. You should ban him from human competition, this guy is a monster

  • And I'm hoping to get that for 1 some time next year...

  • @sgberta I'm in the same boat. I was excited to hit 500 a few weeks ago. This is insane.

  • so this is how he does cardio lol

  • @Sovul haha, walking's for babies, when you grow up, you deadlift 575x22 reps ;)

  • ha benni benni benni un super bonhomme ce mec sympa abordable comique un plaisir de le voir en vrais.

  • Thats crazy speed.

  • Freaking nuts!!!!

  • Goddamn. I thought I was pretty bad dude last week pulling 110kg for 21. Benedikt's a monster.

  • tastefulphrasing, did you do the 575 lb. Deadlift for a set of six raw or with lifting gear?

Recently, I did 557 lb. Deadlift raw for a set of five and without a belt. Could have done my sixth repetition easily.

A lot of people might say not lifting with a belt for regular Deadlift sets will hurt your back, but if done right, will actually make your back stronger as you use the abdominal muscles more.

  • I did 557 lbs. or 252.5 kilograms Deadlift for a set of five raw recently, and didn't hurt my spine. My body weight is around 297 lbs.

Based on the Epley Formula, my predicted one repetition max is near 650 lbs. Might be a little higher equipped.

  • 575 for 6 reps? yea right, most lower weight class powerlifters can't even do 575 for 1 rep raw

  • I really hate most weightlifters, fucking ignorant twats who don't know what they're talking about.

  • Simply awesome.

  • Unbelievable Benni has just proved he's the greatest deadlifter of all time and the youtube 'experts' still have the arrogance to question his form

  • @anon111us Youtube experts can even argue with facts, there is nothing they don't know about everything !

  • @Fanndal1989 your right ive been too hasty to dismiss what are clearly superior intellects, who else could have the confidence to ignore both facts and common sense! we could all learn a lot from these great minds : P

  • @anon111us Hey man, look up the Dunning–Kruger effect. YouTube comments pretty much remove any doubt that this is a factual phenomenon

  • @Hattermann ha I took a look man that's fantastic, applied to the average you tube comment it fits perfectly. Too stupid to realize they have no idea what they're talking about!

  • @shrimpanzee001 Have you ever deadlifted before?

  • @blueviper42 He is bending a bit backwards.

  • @shrimpanzee001 His form isn't strange. He's just a super stocky guy so it looks like his back isn't straight.

  • @shrimpanzee001 you are a stupid idiot

  • @shrimpanzee001 XAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXXXAXAXAXA

  • This is the most humbling thing I have ever seen. I struggled with six. :(

  • @tastefulphrasing six reps with 575 is still very impressive

  • @blueviper42 yeah I reckon! I can't even do 1 haha . . . Giving away a bit of BW though lol

  • @blueviper42 Which is why tastefulphrasing is probably full of shit...

  • @URAGR8M8 Clarification, when I said, I struggle with 6, I meant 6 hundred pounds..... Not six reps with this weight.......

  • @blueviper42 i struggled with one lol

  • @MrJervilla still bad ass

  • @m5p944

  • @m5p944 lol thanks bro

  • @blueviper42 i think he meant pounds

  • @tastefulphrasing dude he is the worlds strongest deadlifter how can you say that you only doing 6 is humbling? doing 575 once is amazing let alone 6..

  • @salawasweet1989 It was just a chance for him to get in that he can do 6! Just kidding around...much respect. I can only do 5! (just kidding again)

  • @tastefulphrasing

I struggle with 4... Plates... Lol

  • @tastefulphrasing dude six is good unless u meant 6 pounds lol

  • that's my max.......

  • thick man

  • WTF that looks like candy weight!!!!!

  • Awesome. After doing one of the greatest lifts of all time

  • wft
