First time I listened between 1989 1990 when it was launched. I love this song so much that I can listen to this song millions time. The voice expressions of the singer can touch your heart and you can feel the pain. But I don’t understand much of the wordings I wish if someone can give lyrics and translation in English. I’ll be grateful if someone can have its mp3 or lossless version to share.

This is a beautiful song! I used to sing this with my band when we were in Orchard Rd.,Singapore back in 1996.

@claud1273 Well... I'm impressed that you like a Malay song so much! Basically 'Janji Manismu' is Malay for 'Your Sweet Promises'. The song is about a woman who's been left by a man -- and she's wondering what happened to those 'sweet' promises he gave her back then.
