  • im still young, and I may not know everything. But isnt it better to go all the way down to your chest to make it a full press? thats what I do atleast.

  • @taylorfuckedkyle Technically it is but it usually doesn't make a difference as long as u go at least half way down towards your chest. u will still get the strain in your chest muscle as long as you are lifting the appropriate weight (heavy but not too heavy if you get wat i mean, make it so that its heavy enough for you to manage about 4 set of 6 to 8 reps) hope that helps. =)
