  • Why can't the same people who care about the lives and deaths of their brothers and soldiers make another dramatic video about the companies sold to Israel, and all the donations given to the brutal regime there.

If Iran is starting a nuclear program, Israel already started in 1982, or maybe the Palestinians dying in Gaza and the West Bank from the Israeli occupation are not considered your brothers and sisters?

  • Nokia seimens is making this viewable for us all

  • Is it not sad that Iran seems to have fallen to the level of censorship, control and big brother government as the US has.

    So sad for them...

  • In Venezuela, President Chavez brought the Cuban Ramiro Valdez, the creator of internet repression in Cuba and physical repression against dissidents to put a single point of access to Internet, that allows censorship of this medium would be only one TV channel, print and some radio stations have closed several TV channels and 34 radio-stations

  • The only mistake Iran did.

    It challenged Israel.

You can't be Israel enemy. The whole world is controlling by them.

  • is it true then? can they predict what the Persian emperor is going to do when he is in power? when all prophecies regain their credibility? when one more day of this is no longer tolerated, and no projectiles will ever be able to destroy the coming of the king. the GOD KING? let there be praise when he shall arrive, may he have mercy on your poor lost souls...

  • explain to me your situation

you would rather have the west controlling your country?

now if you are not muslim then i can see perfectly why.

however if you are then please help me out of this mess

    (what is it you want???)

  • Please read the description. Most (Ironic) Democracies don't kill their citiziens because of uploading pictures and movies to the internet.

  • wow what a wondeful video thanks a lot

  • Me as an Iranian do NOT want western companies to supply this unhuman regime with modern technology! We are ready to suffer all and pay the price if there is a chance to get rid of those murderers.

  • Dudes, Iran need to protect it self for the agents that are sent from USA and israel. you should look to the whole picture, where most of the international companies are dealing with israel, the terror country, where daily killing palestenians, demolitiong their homes, and occupying ther lands.

I think the one who made this video is one of israels agents, but I don't care who he is. to me, I'll support any compan, even israely comp which will give aid to Iran and provide her with technology.

  • Secret agent from Israel? Employee of sony ericsson? I am suprised of some peoples' imagination capability when they try to resist the truth.

Me personally, the creator of this video, is a regular everyday normal guy with a normal job in an actually unnormal country called Iran.

All of you who try to manipulate the truth by telling those lies, are the real danger for this world.

Free your mind and also be brave enough to use it. This is the answer to all of your problems...

  • I work for NSN, in fact I'm in NSN right now, I was unaware of this.

  • "I work for NSN, in fact I'm in NSN right now, I was unaware of this."

Don"t tell me you are going to quit your job because of this cheap propaganda. It is all business and nothing personal.

  • Be glad that the revolution was not successfull... you would have voted for the guys you hate the most... you would have voted for USA. They wanted to enslave you Iranian people through their puppet there. They wanted Iranian gas to be hooked up to NABUCCO pipeline to supply Europe and prevent Russia from monopolizing their position as general supplier. You would have been just like Ukrainians and Georgians cursing their president for lying to them in the times of revolution.

  • Your talking a lot of nonsense ;) see ya 13 aban my friend ;D.

  • Guys let me ask you honestly this? What do you expect if the revolutions would have suceeded... Money, freedom, better life, better economy? Take a look on Ukraine and Georgia. They antipicated so much from their revolutions, and what did they gained? Worse life, lesser money, lesser freedom and war in the worst case... I have to agree that business is first about money and second about reason, but politics are business, and revolutions are politics.... do you get the connection now?

  • In June and July I made multiple requests to Nokia Leadership to turn of the tracking in Iran since it was being used to hunt/torture/kill peaceful protesters who were sharing news with the world. Nokia refused my request and the request of others asking the same. Regardless of what leadership is in control of Iran - innocent lives were destroyed as a direct result of Nokia's action/inaction. I support the strongest boycott of Nokia products for refusing to protect lives in Iran.

  • I have added a downloadlink to this video! I guess this will help spreading it! Everybody can download the file and post it where ever he or she wants! Cause this is a open source revolution! And we are the people! Link can be found in the description!

  • Green for Change, down with the corporate republics of the Worlds nations....

  • the brave Iranians blew the cover of fascists around the world with the hidden agenda of becoming the next despotic powers to enslave Humanity that's why multinational corporates and supressive regimes are in cahoots with common vile agenda in the name of GREED. theirs source the root of evils occuring in this world

  • We must protest and harras against headquarters worldwide Nokia and Siemense even Russian and Chinese embassies who support terrorist & dictator regimes like Islamic Republic make them the most unpopular tech companies in the world to teach a lesson to any government or corporation what would happen to them if support terrorist dictators

  • FUCK NOKIA

I'm never gonna buy from NOKIA again. And I advise everyone else.

  • great vid. what is the song?

  • Fuck Nokia and Fuck all those othe companies that deal with terrrorists and haven't gotten in trouble...yet!

  • Great job, powerful video! thank you for creating it i hope to see more from you!

Anyone with a brain understands the videos message and we know we will win this fight!

visit my page too i have created to videos with two songs that i think go perfectly with our situation! they are my fight songs....

SO PLEASE KEEP THE FIGHT ALIVE! one day we can all go back home!

theres no place like home and no place like IRAN!

  • I don't care, I am not affiliated with Nokia in any way (not all Finns are). However, your posting and refusal to address the issue that Nokia does not have a contract with the Iranian regime, rather the contracts are with Iranian operators. The Iranian operators are responsible for making sure their procedures do not allow unwarranted interception.

  • What's ironic is that you refuse to publish negative commenting about this piece of propaganda.

I am sure Nokia does not have any particular love for the Iranian regime. I am equally sure that Nokia did not sell anything to the Iranian government, but rather to Iranian operators (who by law are required to provide legal interception capabilities).

You may not see a difference in that but others do.

  • For sure everybody has the right to defend his/her company. You are very welcome, too.

I won't comment your comments, cause i have done this already with my letters to ben roome or timpaa (above). So you see what I do think about your unbelievable weak statements. Dude, you are ridicilous. And all my viewers who use their own brains know that and that's why i won't ever have a problem with publishing your comments. Funny you guys are ALL from Finnland ;-)

  • You are angry that the "green revolution" failed, which is understandable. What is ridiculous is that you are putting the blame on companies that have worked hard to improve the quality of life by implementing mobile communication for normal Iranians.

None of the technology was sold to the Iranian regime, but by refusing to sell lawful interception capabiliites (which have acceptable uses as well to counter crime), it would not be possible to bring mobile technology to the Iranian people.

  • It is quite natural for you to that for few dollars more, close your eyes and sell dangerous products to Barbarian governments like the one in Iran and then claim it is "Lawful". Can you name any other things which are "lawful" in Iran except for your Products?

We strongly believe that Nokia, Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) had their hand in our youths blood and decide not to buy any products from you guys worldwide.

  • In a very recent statement from Mr. Sahar Khiz ( A recogized Iranian activist) who is now under torture by Brutal Iran regime, he clearly stated to his son the he was arrested and tortured after government trached his conversation.

We strongly believe that Nokia, Siemens, Nokiasiemes Network (NSN) had their hand in our youths blood and decide not to buy any products from you guys worldwide.

  • Muslims killing people ,nothing new, so why we have to be care if they kill another muslims?

  • What a bunch of propaganda.

NSN provided operators with network equipment to enable mobile communication among Iranians and improve the quality of life. The Iranian legislation require operators to enable lawful interception.

The only choices NSN had was to either provide a network (with lawful interception) or not provide anything, leaving Iran to be one of the few backwards countries in the world. Most Iranians are happy with the improvements mobile communications bring.

  • Wow, the author of this video pre-approves text comments? Talk about censorship. Kind of ironic, isn't it?

  • Your welcome ;-)

    Refering to your comment below:

At least it doesn't matter what NSN employees (like you) think of this video. The only thing that matters is how u will be judged by god. How do you sleep at night?

The facts are clear. NSN is guilty for supporting the regime of Iran in cracking down on their own people.Otherwhise i can not explain to myself why siemens is going to lose a very big deal in LA these days (WashTimes) ;-)

google: "EXCLUSIVE: Siemens risks losses due to Iran ties"

  • Washington Times wants to support American vendors with their "news". It's all politics, of course. As said in the article, Californian politicians are

Once again: no matter who makes the network in Iran, the ability to "spy on people" is there already. Without the technology, the sorry Iranians couldn't have sent any videos to the outside world, period.

The networks in all countries have the ability to spy on people. It is up to the government, not the vendor, to what extend to use it.

  • Ben Roome (your spokesman) already wrote me all those weak arguments...but you are also very welcome to "defend" yourself. Even if it is ridiculous. Sounds like "No matter who sold weapons to germany in the early 30s...the ability to conquer poland was already there"...worked just better with stuff sponsored by United States - got it? You had your chance. Have a good life timpaa from FINNLAND. May god be with you.

  • All in all, this whole boycott just demonstrates the how the most vocal people are usually also the most ignorant. Think with your own brains, that's what I always say.

  • All in all, your whole arguments, demonstrate that your are really an NSN employee (maybe even Ben Roome himself)

"Think with your own brains" Thank you! That's what I thought with my own bain, quote from my description: "You sold your technology to the most evil and brutal government in the world. We, the people of Iran, are ready to suffer all those sanctions if this regime could just be stopped! We DON'T want western companies to provide modern technology to that regime!"

  • More about ignorance: according to the description, you seem to think that before this "new technology" the operators were not able to e.g. freely read and identify text messages (SMS) sent by the users.

Wrong, the SMS have been easily readable and identifiable by the operators from the very beginning, in all mobile networks. Too bad if "common people", or only Iranians, didn't know this. Thus, you should never send any confidential information through SMS. Apparently news to some?

  • According to the description? After reading all your comments I believe you didn't understand the description at all...I know that U.S. or the german gov is also able to identifiy my sms or anything else...but i have never heard of people killed by the german gov in 2009 because of sending Neda's killing vid or texting sms like "I don't like this government" - Shame on you, shame on NSN!

  • Well, it's ironic that someone who supports Nokia, dares to talk about censorship!!! By the way, educate yourself, and find out that the Iranian-Americans are mongst the most educated minorities in the U.S. and as far as the Iranians in Iran goes, the Iranians have been winning acculades in the international scientific Olympiades. Go figure out about Iranians' education, you ignorant Nokia defender!

  • What makes this video especially stupid is that all the other network vendors have been selling, and are selling as we speak, same technology to Iran. Were you guys really so stupid as to think that NSN is the only mobile network vendor working in Iran? Where is the boycott against Ericsson, Alcatel, Huawei etc.?

The real problem in Iran is the low level of education, it seems. Maybe the author of this video is working for a competing network company, like Ericsson. ;)

  • Apparently you did not read the description, quote: "We know that there are a lot of companies out there dealing with the brutal and unhuman regime of Iran. We had to start with one. It was yours...we will continue with the others soon."

"The real problem in Iran is the low level of education, it seems." Very kind! Thank you! This comment makes your text just more serious ;-) Thank god you are not from Iran...

  • On the other hand, it looks like a reality that you DO work for Nokia, the way you defend them. One of the comments said it perfectly, that you don't give a machine gun to a murderer, do you? Iranians do know that the rulers in Iran are nothing but a bunch of criminals, and you think making money, and doing business in Iran is legitimate, because if you don't, another corporation, will do!!! What a sorry excuse! Timppa, if Ericcson did this, we would be on their backs too.

  • 2:15 fuck yeaah

  • I have went to as many nokia youtube videos as I can and posted this.

Google: Nokia Siemens helps Iran spy on people.

Do not buy anything from these douchebags.

  • shame

  • Looks like peaceful protests to me.

  • Do you Work for Nokia, Siemens ?

The Iranians send pictures and films by there Mobile and PC but they risk there life !

    Shame on Mollah

    Shame on Nokia

  • You don't really believe everything you read in the papers do you? Apparently the network doesn't allow internet monitoring at all. Please get your facts straight. And another thing; how do you think the people of Iran can protest or tell the world about what's happening without their mobile phones? Duh !

  • Apparently you did not read the statement in the description. Plus, you did not understand the video. The third text refers to the first text. The text in the middle is just a quote which says, that "with the help of...."

Please read the statement, there we tell you about the Iranian view of things. And no, i do not believe everything I read in papers. But I less believe in those ridiculous statements provided by NSN's spokesman. At least I have some very good first hand sources in Iran, too.

  • Saw my family on 4th lots of young 20-30 yrs, their friends, a DAV. Today, rioting in iran, honduras, china, etc. Every politician/country has blood on their hands from the beaten/dying youth, all streets flood with the tears of mothers weeping over their children. so how many of our american youth have nokia's?UHM I bet you your government has it too ... they just havent used it on you yet. Very concerned for my young family. what are we REALLY leaving them. Shame on me for being dumb

  • Great video, touching and true! sure, the new technologies inable the rest of the world to see what's happening in Iran, but is that worth knowing that at the other side they offer the regime a system to violence human rights and to identify the protesters who only stand up for their basic freedoms? Sure NOT!

  • To all of the companies which at one stage forgot about their responsibility towards human and were more concerned about economical benefits,

I am so sorry about your ethics and moral measures. Even if there ISN´T a law to justify your action, YOU STILL DID A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY AND ETHICS. But Don´t worry you will probably never get justified for that, but can you sleep peacefully with this knowledge that your system helped those terrorists killing innocent people looking for freedom?:(

  • I have added some sources in the description.

  • @Mahban1 Your comment really sounds like NSN's official statement...what's your job again? ;-) If you had read the descritpion on the rightern side before sending your comment, you would have known more ;-)

  • thank you so much, impressive :(

  • let's not blame our own'leaders' animalistic behaviors on a company that offers the same service to any other country. Would u rather they had not helped expand the network, to which we owe our means to keep on top of the technological tools that have helped the world see the brave people's struggles in the country? The IRanian government abuses its own power over people, not Nokia Simens. This is ridiculous!

  • Incredible video, thank you!

  • i think this is kind of dum. but video was good, very touching.

  • My eyes have welled up with tears. Really brilliant and thank you! Yes it's true, Big Brother is definitely watching and has cracked down on freedom of speech and pictures evidencing the truth.. I've set a link to your video from my page. Hope youre OK with it.

  • Thank you so much! Your video is awesome, too man. I watch it about 10 times a day :-)

  • This situation shows you how dissent is so easily crushed by the government after they have taken all the citizens guns. Thankfully our forefathers left us the Second Amendment. Never vote for any government that wants to take away your ability to defend yourself.

  • One of the best ways to defend democracy is to encourage education and for informed citizens to stay involved so they don't get led by bigoted religious people or over-powerful monied interests.

  • I agree the more educated the people are the more they will understand the control others are seeking to impose on them, be they doing it in the name of religion, wealth, safety or fairness.

  • I don't have a Nokia ohone and I won't buy one. BTW Google and Yahoo are just as bad with China, they regularly turn over info on dissidents there

  • Boycott all Siemens-Nokia products... shame on them

  • the iranian faresees are afraid... KEEP ON PROTEST BEING CAREFULL ABOUT YOUR PRECIOUS LIFE DEAR SISTER AND BROTHER OF THAT BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY...HOPING VERY SOON WILL FALL THE REGIME THAT KILLS BY HANGING NOT MARRIED 16 YEARS OLD GIRLS MAKING LOVE....ETC ETC ETC!!!!FREEDOM FOR IRAN !!! I LOVE YOU PROTESTERS OF THE IRANIAN ROADS...YOU ARE THE TRULY CENTER OF THE WORLD...YOU!!!

  • BOYCOTT NOKIA NOW!

  • uhhh, i hope so. I believe we had to much clicks at once...or NSN just used their "most sophisticated technology" to stopp us ;-)

Whatever, the most important thing is, that people watch this clip and form their own opinion on that topic. That's what we are fighting for. We want the world to know....

  • Comment removed

  • NSN and GE dont forget GE. which includes anything NBC including the Obama channel. good job Nokia GE and Obama, keep up the good work MURDERING all those innocent people in IRAN. whats next? Nicaragua or maybe the US? lets just GIVE nukes to Iran. OH.... wait...... Obama already came out and said Iran should have nuclear tech.. good job Obama! WHATS NEXT?

  • @NSN Referring to your "statement", that every nation provides it's own telephone network system and that you guys (NSN) just provide the technology...means you are not responsible for that what this nation did/does.....

Not responsible? You guys "just" provided your "most sophisticated telecommunication technology" to the regime of Iran in 2008.3 Years after Ahmadinedjad had already shown his true face to the world...thats like handing over the newest machine gun to a mass murderer.

  • NSN just contacted me via youtube pm. Thanks for that. 2 hours after uploading this file ;-)

@NSN - You can read my answer in the post below. You are very welcome to provide your statements and sources in this chat, if you like to.

  • And please beware...we are so thankful to all the possibilities of modern communication. Without these Iranian ppl couldn't send us all those videos and pictures. But there are so many networks, so many cellphone companies so many....but one, just ONE sold those technology to the regime of Iran. You have seen the outcome...

  • FREEDOM FOR IRAN!!!

  • What do you do with your (old) Nokia or Siemens cellphone? Please respond to this video and let them know what you think about NSN.
