I am sorry to say Iowa does not have medical marijuana. I cannot, in good conscience, tell you to go break the law. I also cannot tell you to go against your doctor's advice. You can always get a second opinion, but Iowa doesn't offer any protection to the sick and dying for using medical marijuana.
