@signejorgenson Its that same all over the US. GM and Chrysler would be out of business if the US Gov didn't bail them out with our tax money, why, greedy, lazy, unions. They have a mob entitlement mentality. Now, states are having to make adjustments with local and state Unions r talking about needing a bail out. Now, when the Fed runs into problems with Fed Unions, who will bail them out? How about those big Union bosses give back some of those billions of dollars they collected.
Record corporate profits, Unions bad. Billions in bank bail out, Unions bad. CEO get multi million $ bonuses, Unions bad. Corporations polluting the air, earth and water, Unions bad. People lose homes, retirement, savings and jobs because Unions bad. People lost arms, legs, fingers and life in machines, Unions bad. Politicians give China most favored trade, NAFTA, billions to other countries, Unions bad. Some of you people are so fucking stupid it makes me ashamed to be a human.
@nucsol Yes, it is like a scene from "Animal Farm". Walker, a paid agent of Koch Industries, is opening up Wisconsin's femoral artery, and using a union witch hunt to distract a large segment of shamefully gullible people. His "Budget Repair "Bill" allows WI to sell off your power plants (low-ball/no bids), to anyone they choose (Koch); hire anyone they choose (Koch) to run the power plants on no-bid contracts; allow said energy company to charge ratepayers anything they want. Epic Corruption!
@ADSR4Ever Look at Egypt and look at Libya, these leaders too were out of touch with reality. Wisconsin is just the rally call and if they lose this fight we know the chains are on. Corporate Communism is doomed to fail and when America finaly says fuck it, we'll rip them apart. I'm glad we're waking up, I just have to ask: were you calling us anarchists and radicals back then, and patriots now?
@hyaenidae We were sold out way before that, it really started with Nixon and Johnson. I don't do politics because they all suck, I'm just a man who grew up in the 70's and remember what it was to be proud of my country. I remember what true freedom was, we could live as we liked, do as we pleased and everyone who wanted to work had a good job. Medical insurance was 100 percent and free and everyone had money to travel and party with. No one was hungry, ever. I remember, not so long ago.
The Unions of today are not the same as the Unions that did so much to protect hard working American in the past. Now we have Federal Labor Laws to protect hard working Americans. Unions did play a part in the early days on the Industrial Age in this country, however, there is no need for them today. Almost all skilled workers get benefits today. And like so many people that work hard, pay should be based on performance, not through extortion, especially when we (the tax payers) are the ones pay the salaries. My thinking goes this way, if you don't like what your being paid, find another job.

Every worker in the US today has benefitted because of an organized workforce even if they've never been in a union. Without unions we would not have the child labor laws, a minimum wage, 5 day work weeks, overtime pay, safety regulations, etc., etc., that we have today. If you don't have these things, you entered the workforce after the decline began. This video triggers misdirected anger fueled by right wing news sources. @clay9280 No, but I do think it's wrong to make only one segment of the population responsible for being the financial solution to a budget crisis. It's not fair unless we ALL have to make real sacrifices that impact our lives -- and that' s just not happening. @zoomustard he has a point, unionist are lazy. I work in Washington DC and fed employees are the worst! They never work a full 8 hour day and might show up to work 4 day out of a 5 day work week. And who can forget those Chrysler workers on lunch break? If you haven't seen that, just search for it on youtube.
@clay9280 judges ALL people by the misdeeds of a few. I have worked 15 years in the private sector and 15 in public. As a public employee at a university, I have never worked so hard. Most everyone here works with amazing dedication, even sending their own money on things needed to do the job because money is always short. We believe in education and that our jobs matter. Chrysler workers are NOT public employees.
@clay9280 My dad was in a teachers union. He was at school an hour early every day to volunteer for a before-school study hall so that parents could drop their kids off early on their way to work. He stayed after school several nights a week to referee basketball, football, & volleyball games without extra pay. He also advised the science club, which was more unpaid time after school. He served on committees & did a lot of course prep and conferences during the summer. Lazy? Definitely not.

@nucsol Well said, & it's not just America, this is global. We the people of this earth need to regain our power. The best way to do that is to remove the power mechanism.. money. The money they give us to control our lives and transfer our wealth to them is the only thing that stands between human freedom and domination. You need to examine what money actually is and how it is eroding our standards of living. A new approach is needed, something empowering, liberating and sustainable.
@danz177 It takes what they did in Egypt, just say fuck it and live in the streets. We're hooked on technology and plastic crap, go back to camping, fishing and living in the woods. Don't buy shit and live as groups, refusing to work like the Indian's did so many years ago. They were killed off for that reason, because they lived off the land and wanted nothing to do with the chains of materialism. So they killed the buffalo, drove them into the cold, hooked them on booze and crushed the way.
@nucsol No my friend a Resource Based Economy is the future of our planet. It uses the very technology you speak of the free humanity. It may not happen tomorrow, but it will happen if we are to survive. Our current system is destroying our planet and our way of life. 95% of all people working today hate their jobs and are unhappy. Google theVenus Project and open your mind a little, you don't have to like it, just learn about it. Information is power.
Zoomretard is about as dopey as they come.....He must be a Union dependent or a welfare dependent. To follow his comments one would have to be drinking the koolaid.
derrrrrr! He owns me. WTF kind of child talk is that? Product of public school system run by Unions I suppose.
@BorakOBummer Still on the conservatwit rant. You're so bent on attacks that you forgot the FACT that I'm a business owner and I owned YOU one more time. The count is now THREE. Everything you write is canned, over used rhetoric you heard somewhere else....nothing intelligent or original and certainly nothing factual. BTW, I envy your supreme vocabulary: retard, dopey, koolaid....impressive stuff! There is an online article about you. Google: Utne Reader + You Gotta Believe.
Ahh right wing wackos with all their canned attack dog phrases. The classic traits of the under-informed voter....if they vote. They are NO match for an informed, educated person with the facts on his side. They're always reduced to arguing like third graders on a play ground. They don't use the "drive by media" that Rush talks about, they use the "drive through media" where someone hands them a happy meal of with all the real Americans already pre-labeled. Not futher thinking is needed.
Unions are breaking themselves. They can't blame it on Republicans. They have collectively bargained themself out of an unsustainable pensions that no business that wasn't subsidized by tax payers could ever afford to pay. Gotta love the Governor of Wisconsin to be the first of a series of governors that are either going to renegotiate the huge pensions to something reasonable else they'll just let them go broke......Thats my vote....let them go broke like businesses do if run improperly.
@BorakOBummer "huge pensions"? Trouble is, they're human beings not businesses. "huge pensions"? Maybe it's me, but I'm not seeing any 35 million dollar golden parachute recipients in the video. I guess you don't use banks or have health care. But, if you do, you're subsidizing people who spend your annual income just for yacht fuel for the weekend.
@sk8bow I call bank bailouts by the Obama Administration a crime. I call the jobs being shipped over seas a great economy. I know its the typical bullet point by liberals....but jobs were being shipped over seas when our unemployment was about 4% which is about as low as it can get....because people are unemployed in between jobs while looking for others......Not enough Americans to fill the low paying jobs that get sent over seas i.e. call centers.
@sk8bow WTF? Parents being forced to work to provide for their children? Are you fucking serious???? I call that the responsibility they asked for when they decided to have kids. Unions are sucking states dry. They are NOT the only groups keeping jobs in the USA.....You're a loon!!!! Jobs are VANISHING bone head because WE BUSINESS OWNERS are being TAXED TO DEATH to support UNION PENSIONS and idiots that think parents need the government to PROVIDE FOR THEIR KIDS. How many kids to you have?
well who is going to take care of their kids? that's what i'm saying. you complain about public education and you have no real solutions to this problem.
@sk8bow Who is going to take care of their kids? Here's a SOLUTION for you...Have PARENTS take care of their kids. Yeah...Here's a solution for Public Education..GET RID OF UNIONS. That way when the teachers that SUCK can be Fired. Kind of like my business. When an employee SUCKS I FIRE THEM. But with Unions..they're guaranteed their teaching positions till retirement. No real business hires someone and guarantees them that job till retirement...especially when they SUCK!
@BorakOBummer When young guys knock up a bunch of girls..have a bunch of kids, you expect the Government (we the people) to pay for their irresponsibility? How in the hell can you expect me to pay for them. I raised my kids, my wife stayed home with them until they graduated High School. I worked 60+ hours a week for 35+ years to make sure they were taken care of. Now, my wife works and we're hoping to save for retirement. No Government Guarantees!!! So YOU fuck off....there's your solution!
@BorakOBummer Yeah, screw the unions... what have they ever done? Except for the weekend, the 40-hour work week, child labor laws (oh wait, that was socialists), and a voice at the table with the power elite to represent the little guy. But other than THAT.
@hyaenidae "Yeah, screw the unions... what have they ever done? Except for the weekend, the 40-hour work week, child labor laws (oh wait, that was socialists), and a voice at the table with the power elite to represent the little guy. But other than THAT."
@sk8bow Really? Why don't you enlighten me skate boarder. You seem to really must have great knowledge being almost a middle aged skate boarder. You never did tell me how many kids you've brought into this world?
you see, just because i skateboard doesn't mean i'm an adolescent who lives with his mom and dad.
that's the ignorance you project.
it just goes to show how in touch you are with reality.
you're the typical paranoid person who think communists live next door to you when in fact your neighbors think differently than you. you love using labels.
again, that goes to show what type of person you are.
"....How many kids do you have? Who takes care of your kids? You're a business owner? Come on man.......what an Amway distributor?"
i'd say you're very paranoid. you can tell by your response that you value higher positions that pay lots of money. it tells me you can't relate to the common people all that well.
it shows how superficial and greedy you are, but you have no real life.
@sk8bow I'm having a back and forth with a 38year old Skate Boarder? No wonder you ask Who is Going To Take Care of The Kids? Almost middle aged and you've got the mind set of a junior high kid. Fucking Welfare recipient. Tell me man.....How many kids do you have. How many times have you planted your seed to show you're a MAN? How many of them are you Supporting? I'd venture to bet you have several kids and you don't take responsibility for any of them. Low life dope.
senators fled to rockford, IL? really, wtf is that bullshit? some lady was on the television talking about she feels like it's not a democracy anymore, wtf is she talking about, those senators were VOTED in along with the other senators, now they are trying to force their minority opinion on the rest of the state, this is crazy....
@5koorb Democrat liberal senators are hiding under a rock to keep from working to come up with solutions. Typical liberal loons. The State Police had to round the yellow backs up. Progressive liberal senators running and hiding from their responsibilities. If they can win......they tuck their tails and hide. Hoping the college age kids will riot in the streets to create change..Come on you sissy senators...be MEN and if you have a case...make it....don't hide.
I always wonder why socialist Union leaders have to get 18-20 year olds to protest in the streets. They don't try to get mature adults with businesses, families, jobs to support them...... just the youth who aren't old enough or mature enough to have formulated any reasonable thought process. Most of these kids I'm sure have never read the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution. If they did.....they would understand Unions are socialist organizations.
@BorakOBummer No one had to "get" 18-20 year olds to protest. The state of Wisconsin has the best educated voting block in America.....FACT. My guess is they'd like to keep it that way.
I'm so proud of the Wisconsin Governor.... refusing to be held hostage by worthless "educator". If they weren't Union.....and competed in the FREE market place....he would have FIRED them..... like I would do as a businessman if my employees didn't show up for work to protest. I'd fire them and say Next! Those Union thugs are ALL replaceable.
I am so proud of Wisconsin right now. As a WI resident and former unionized university of WI teaching assistant, I know that the right to collective bargaining isn't just about getting fair wages. It's also about worker rights-- like the right to work place safety and the right to affordable health care for our families on our meager (and I mean MEAGER-- roughly $12,500/yr) salaries. This is huge and this is great. KILL THIS BILL!!
This is precisely why we need to crack down on Unions. Union using students as props.....most students don't even know what the issues are. 40% of teacher calling in sick......I only wish Ronald Reagan was in office to FIRE THEM. Union thug bosses think they can hold states/America hostage and I say break down the Union socialist control and let them COMPETE in the FREE MARKET like the rest of FREE AMERICANS.
@gold1971mach1 You must be a little boy with comments like that. Let me guess.....9? How did you get so smart to come up with incredibly profound statements like that. Ask your teacher what "civil discourse" means. Then grow up before you try to engage in adult conversation.
@BorakOBummer I saw some of my students there and they know EXACTLY what the issues in this bill are. I would estimate, as an educator, that figuring out the issues in the 140-pg bill would take someone with a 7th grade education and a basic understanding of what unions do and what the purpose of a budget bill is supposed to be roughly 2-4 hours. The bill was released last Friday, so I think they've had time.
@merin2031 Right! and I'm sure students are going to run out and read a 140 page bill.Give me a break. They are props being encouraged by their professors.Unions just make it so worthless "educators" can never be fired and so many of them need to be. Unions are just socialist organizations where klingons that pay the unions to work are protected from having to compete in a FREE market. I hope the states break the backs of the Unions. I support the Governor of Wisconsin. Break the Union's back!
@BorakOBummer You sound like someone who was born after Reagan declared war on labor and stopped enforcing the Sherman Antitrust Act. What these people are fighting to keep is what life used to be like in America.
@zoomustard Really? Derrrrrr!!! Please send me the part in the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution that says we're going to have a collective vote in the form of a Union. Show me where it says collectively we are to pay an organization to work for them. I guess I missed that part of those founding documents. You may need a Union boss to tell you how to vote and get your raises for you......but I believe in Individual rights. I take care of myself no Union speaks for me.
@BorakOBummer I'll go you one better. Show me where it's banned in the Constitution. Oh, and why would the Declaration of Independence mention this? Didn't that have something to do with "independence from England? You probably got mixed up on that "more perfect union" thing in the Preamble. Obviously you didn't get Civics classes in school and know nothing more about American government than what you're told by someone who doesn't want you to know up from down.
@zoomustard Oh...he.he You're relating "More perfect union" to Labor Unions. Oh geez....... a stretch to say the least. Looks like you're well versed in American History. You're obviously all about collective rights rather than individual rights. The Collective vote..What kind of puppet wants to have the Union thug bosses tell them how to vote? Make them PAY to work for them. Why don't you go destroy greedy corporations. Isn't that what you're all about...as you state on your channel?
@BorakOBummer No, that's not what the "more perfect union" was about. So, now the count is two jokes on you. Want to stay up all night an get owned some more? That's what happens when you put your rhetoric up against facts. The "huge pension" thing is still amusing to me. It sounds like A: you have no idea as to the FACTS of what said pensins are, B: you don't have much, if any to look forward to or, C: you work for minimum wage.
@zoomustard Unions are socialists. They believe in the transformation to Workers of the World Unite......so America can be on the same scale as all the other countries of the world. May be good for you.......I'm not down with it. I'll take my chances and take care of myself and my family.......screw the Union mafia bosses......and thats all they are. If my employees didn't show up to work to protest what I pay them......I'd fire them so quick and I'd have someone else hired in a day.
@BorakOBummer WTF? If anyone is trying to scale the American work force into a third world model it's muti-national corporations and their stooges in the GOP. I've owned my own company for 22 years, but was a union member for 14 years also. General Electric generated $10.3 billion in pretax income in 2009, but owed nothing to Uncle Sam. Exxon Mobil, which in 2009, reported a $45 billion profit but paid no US taxes. Be careful how you use the word "subsidized".
How dare tax payers tell us we cant collectively bargain for more of their tax dollars.

We've lost our homes, jobs, savings, retirement, good wages, fought wars and sacrificed everything only to be shit on again and again. How can anyone not support these people? If you don't start fighting for it now, they're going to take it later. Taking is all they do."

So they killed the buffalo, drove them into the cold, hooked them on booze and crushed the way.
nucsol 1 year ago

BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer Still on the conservatwit rant. You're so bent on attacks that you forgot the FACT that I'm a business owner and I owned YOU one more time. The count is now THREE. Everything you write is canned, over used rhetoric you heard somewhere else....nothing intelligent or original and certainly nothing factual. BTW, I envy your supreme vocabulary: retard, dopey, koolaid....impressive stuff! There is an online article about you. Google: Utne Reader + You Gotta Believe.

@BorakOBummer
yeah, you're full of solutions. all you can do is complain. that's all you can do.
sk8bow 1 year ago

But, if you do, you're subsidizing people who spend your annual income just for yacht fuel for the weekend.
zoomustard 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer
and what do you call bailing out banks that have failed? what do you call our jobs being shipped overseas?
what do you call parents being forced to work so much just to provide for their children's education and for the family's survival?
you blame unions when the unions are the only groups keeping jobs in the u.s.a.
our jobs are vanishing and yours depends on people living here in the usa.
DON'T FORGET THAT.
sk8bow 1 year ago
@sk8bow I call bank bailouts by the Obama Administration a crime. I call the jobs being shipped over seas a great economy. I know its the typical bullet point by liberals....but jobs were being shipped over seas when our unemployment was about 4% which is about as low as it can get....because people are unemployed in between jobs while looking for others......Not enough Americans to fill the low paying jobs that get sent over seas i.e. call centers.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@sk8bow WTF? Parents being forced to work to provide for their children? Are you fucking serious???? I call that the responsibility they asked for when they decided to have kids. Unions are sucking states dry. They are NOT the only groups keeping jobs in the USA.....You're a loon!!!! Jobs are VANISHING bone head because WE BUSINESS OWNERS are being TAXED TO DEATH to support UNION PENSIONS and idiots that think parents need the government to PROVIDE FOR THEIR KIDS. How many kids to you have?
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer
well who is going to take care of their kids? that's what i'm saying. you complain about public education and you have no real solutions to this problem.
so fuck off unless you have real solutions.
sk8bow 1 year ago
@sk8bow Who is going to take care of their kids? Here's a SOLUTION for you...Have PARENTS take care of their kids. Yeah...Here's a solution for Public Education..GET RID OF UNIONS. That way when the teachers that SUCK can be Fired. Kind of like my business. When an employee SUCKS I FIRE THEM. But with Unions..they're guaranteed their teaching positions till retirement. No real business hires someone and guarantees them that job till retirement...especially when they SUCK!
BorakOBummer 1 year ago

@sk8bow Really? Why don't you enlighten me skate boarder. You seem to really must have great knowledge being almost a middle aged skate boarder. You never did tell me how many kids you've brought into this world?
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer
actually, enlightening you is very easy.
you see, just because i skateboard doesn't mean i'm an adolescent who lives with his mom and dad.
that's the ignorance you project.
it just goes to show how in touch you are with reality.
you're the typical paranoid person who think communists live next door to you when in fact your neighbors think differently than you. you love using labels.
again, that goes to show what type of person you are.
you're ignorant.
sk8bow 1 year ago
@sk8bow Not paranoid at all. You say I'm ignorant and you ask me "Who is going to take care of the kids?"
derrrrr. How many kids do you have? Who takes care of your kids? You're a business owner? Come on man.......what an Amway distributor?

"....How many kids do you have? Who takes care of your kids? You're a business owner? Come on man.......what an Amway distributor?"
i'd say you're very paranoid. you can tell by your response that you value higher positions that pay lots of money. it tells me you can't relate to the common people all that well.
it shows how superficial and greedy you are, but you have no real life.
your life is SUPERFICIAL.
sk8bow 1 year ago
@sk8bow I'm having a back and forth with a 38year old Skate Boarder? No wonder you ask Who is Going To Take Care of The Kids? Almost middle aged and you've got the mind set of a junior high kid. Fucking Welfare recipient. Tell me man.....How many kids do you have. How many times have you planted your seed to show you're a MAN? How many of them are you Supporting? I'd venture to bet you have several kids and you don't take responsibility for any of them. Low life dope.

true- i am a skateboarder. false- welfare recipient. true-business owner. false- mindset of jr high school kid. true- student of human psychology.
if all you have is hate speech, well you have nothing at all.
it says to me and to many people here that you are simple minded, and you can only see one view.
come up with a better approach to tackling our problems.

senators fled to rockford, IL? really, wtf is that bullshit? some lady was on the television talking about she feels like it's not a democracy anymore, wtf is she talking about, those senators were VOTED in along with the other senators, now they are trying to force their minority opinion on the rest of the state, this is crazy....
5koorb 1 year ago
@5koorb Democrat liberal senators are hiding under a rock to keep from working to come up with solutions. Typical liberal loons. The State Police had to round the yellow backs up. Progressive liberal senators running and hiding from their responsibilities. If they can win......they tuck their tails and hide. Hoping the college age kids will riot in the streets to create change..Come on you sissy senators...be MEN and if you have a case...make it....don't hide.
We pay those cowards $176k/yr

I always wonder why socialist Union leaders have to get 18-20 year olds to protest in the streets. They don't try to get mature adults with businesses, families, jobs to support them...... just the youth who aren't old enough or mature enough to have formulated any reasonable thought process. Most of these kids I'm sure have never read the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution. If they did.....they would understand Unions are socialist organizations.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer No one had to "get" 18-20 year olds to protest. The state of Wisconsin has the best educated voting block in America.....FACT. My guess is they'd like to keep it that way.
zoomustard 1 year ago
I'm so proud of the Wisconsin Governor.... refusing to be held hostage by worthless "educator". If they weren't Union.....and competed in the FREE market place....he would have FIRED them..... like I would do as a businessman if my employees didn't show up for work to protest. I'd fire them and say Next! Those Union thugs are ALL replaceable.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
they wouldn't be able to compete in a free market..... too lazy....
5koorb 1 year ago
@5koorb You're right.....I was trying to make a different point.....but yours is totally correct.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
I am so proud of Wisconsin right now. As a WI resident and former unionized university of WI teaching assistant, I know that the right to collective bargaining isn't just about getting fair wages. It's also about worker rights-- like the right to work place safety and the right to affordable health care for our families on our meager (and I mean MEAGER-- roughly $12,500/yr) salaries. This is huge and this is great. KILL THIS BILL!!
merin2031 1 year ago 2
The right to collective bargain will win. This is what working together means!!!
esqueletosuena 1 year ago
This is precisely why we need to crack down on Unions. Union using students as props.....most students don't even know what the issues are. 40% of teacher calling in sick......I only wish Ronald Reagan was in office to FIRE THEM. Union thug bosses think they can hold states/America hostage and I say break down the Union socialist control and let them COMPETE in the FREE MARKET like the rest of FREE AMERICANS.

gold1971mach1 1 year ago
@gold1971mach1 You must be a little boy with comments like that. Let me guess.....9? How did you get so smart to come up with incredibly profound statements like that. Ask your teacher what "civil discourse" means. Then grow up before you try to engage in adult conversation.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer I saw some of my students there and they know EXACTLY what the issues in this bill are. I would estimate, as an educator, that figuring out the issues in the 140-pg bill would take someone with a 7th grade education and a basic understanding of what unions do and what the purpose of a budget bill is supposed to be roughly 2-4 hours. The bill was released last Friday, so I think they've had time.
merin2031 1 year ago
@merin2031 Right! and I'm sure students are going to run out and read a 140 page bill.Give me a break. They are props being encouraged by their professors.Unions just make it so worthless "educators" can never be fired and so many of them need to be. Unions are just socialist organizations where klingons that pay the unions to work are protected from having to compete in a FREE market. I hope the states break the backs of the Unions. I support the Governor of Wisconsin. Break the Union's back!
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer You sound like someone who was born after Reagan declared war on labor and stopped enforcing the Sherman Antitrust Act. What these people are fighting to keep is what life used to be like in America.
zoomustard 1 year ago

Obviously you didn't get Civics classes in school and know nothing more about American government than what you're told by someone who doesn't want you to know up from down.
zoomustard 1 year ago
@zoomustard Oh...he.he You're relating "More perfect union" to Labor Unions. Oh geez....... a stretch to say the least. Looks like you're well versed in American History. You're obviously all about collective rights rather than individual rights. The Collective vote..What kind of puppet wants to have the Union thug bosses tell them how to vote? Make them PAY to work for them. Why don't you go destroy greedy corporations. Isn't that what you're all about...as you state on your channel?
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer No, that's not what the "more perfect union" was about. So, now the count is two jokes on you. Want to stay up all night an get owned some more? That's what happens when you put your rhetoric up against facts. The "huge pension" thing is still amusing to me. It sounds like A: you have no idea as to the FACTS of what said pensins are, B: you don't have much, if any to look forward to or, C: you work for minimum wage.
zoomustard 1 year ago
@zoomustard Unions are socialists. They believe in the transformation to Workers of the World Unite......so America can be on the same scale as all the other countries of the world. May be good for you.......I'm not down with it. I'll take my chances and take care of myself and my family.......screw the Union mafia bosses......and thats all they are. If my employees didn't show up to work to protest what I pay them......I'd fire them so quick and I'd have someone else hired in a day.
BorakOBummer 1 year ago
@BorakOBummer WTF? If anyone is trying to scale the American work force into a third world model it's muti-national corporations and their stooges in the GOP. I've owned my own company for 22 years, but was a union member for 14 years also. General Electric generated $10.3 billion in pretax income in 2009, but owed nothing to Uncle Sam. Exxon Mobil, which in 2009, reported a $45 billion profit but paid no US taxes. Be careful how you use the word "subsidized".
