Correction: Check the State by state age of consent in which each state allows the minium age of consent to have relations with that age or above: for most states for male-female it is 16 years old, some Southern states its as young as 13-14. I don't of course agree with that statute, and even worse for male-male it is 18 which is pure discrimination.

she says in Chile they don't have so many rules, but Americans would probably disagree. when it's your culture and you've grown up there you don't think about those things because they're just unspoken rules that you all know, so when you visit another country you see their culture, which is obviously different, and you'll notice things that maybe people that grew up there don't even think about...

To some extent. LOL I agree that it's good to go for what you want but I've only done that once and it ended in heartbreak. But at least I won't wonder what could have been.
