That depends. If I pass my trial, the chances go up. Then I have to be considered worthy to net a core progression spot.

Also, I don't have a Twins video because I haven't killed them on Heroic yet. If I'm in for next week's kill I'll put a video up.

what happend to encore?

Encore basically lost its raiding spirit. When that became apparent, I gave the officers some time to fix things. They didn't, so I left on the 2nd week in a row that we failed to use our Algalon-25 hour.

Of course I definitely miss Encore, but it's time to move on. Naturally people feel it was progression alone that caused me to leave thanks to the stature of the guild I applied to, but I think it's time to go when you have no confidence in your leadership and you aren't having fun anymore.

Encore didn't lose its raiding spirit. They lost me, the raid leader and GM of nearly 3 years. When it took the leadership more than 2 weeks to get acclimated to the job, Players like Robo elected to jump ship for greener pastures. Some people cant handle periods like that when other guilds around them are still progressing at solid rates. Encore is nearly back on track under new leadership and they're "raiding spirit" has returned. Just tookthe length a weak patch to get it done. GL robo.
