I think the Wii is less censored. With the PS2 only some kills are easy to make out. On the wii you pretty much get the same overall appeal, personally I can tell exactly what's happening/
Actually Punisher for the Xbox is uncut. I played it at a friend (but he had chipped xbox then) and i took someones head to a window and drove the window down on him till the broad broke and the glass cut his head off! And if you think Scorpion's head decapitation is bloody and gorey you wont think it is if you compare to the punisher
The ps2 version is censored, but you can still clearly see and hear whats goin on, but the colors change, on the wii, it zooms in and out of focus, goes white then black, you barely can see the execution,
Naw the wii version kicks ass it is VERY SUSPENSEFUL! i like the gameplay more then manhunt one. the blood and gore i can care less about, its not like ima blood thirsty animal anyway, besides if you brighten the TV screen its still easy to see any execution, but not to the untrained eye.....
I've been playing it for PS2, and I'm not terribly impressed so far. It's not bad, but not revolutionary like the first one. My roomate just bought it for Wii, so I'll soon be able to compare the two. And a large part of the game is the killing. It just looks stunted the way it is now.

When this comes out there isnt going to be less violance especially with the trillon dollars spent on the Iraq war. Most people will be playing it and nobody is going to be hurt. If your not going to get the game because it has blurs, your missing out on a very good game. I don't think this effect really make that much of a difference compare to the uncut version. IGN and Gamespot really exaggerated the toned down violence part.
nu uhh man the ps2 version is only red and black and white the wii version is all blurry with the christmasy effect and the black and white combined. PS2 ALL THE WAY. BUT I have to admit that the wii version is still awesome because it has more blood and gore.

But watching a film is a completely passive activity. This game actually demands that the player commit murder after murder after murder. Can't you see a fundamental difference beween the two? Personally I wouldn't let my child do either until they were at least seven ;P

I think the Wii is less censored. With the PS2 only some kills are easy to make out. On the wii you pretty much get the same overall appeal, personally I can tell exactly what's happening/

Actually Punisher for the Xbox is uncut. I played it at a friend (but he had chipped xbox then) and i took someones head to a window and drove the window down on him till the broad broke and the glass cut his head off! And if you think Scorpion's head decapitation is bloody and gorey you wont think it is if you compare to the punisher

The ps2 version is censored, but you can still clearly see and hear whats goin on, but the colors change, on the wii, it zooms in and out of focus, goes white then black, you barely can see the execution,

Naw the wii version kicks ass it is VERY SUSPENSEFUL! i like the gameplay more then manhunt one. the blood and gore i can care less about, its not like ima blood thirsty animal anyway, besides if you brighten the TV screen its still easy to see any execution, but not to the untrained eye.....

I've been playing it for PS2, and I'm not terribly impressed so far. It's not bad, but not revolutionary like the first one. My roomate just bought it for Wii, so I'll soon be able to compare the two. And a large part of the game is the killing. It just looks stunted the way it is now.

wii, psp, n ps2 all have differnt qualities that the other duznt... 4 ex- wii- u act out the executions... psp- its portable w/ good graphics... ps2 its easier 2 axess the uncensoring codes... no more censorship!!!!

Ya, it seems to be a little better on the PS2. Which makes me wonder, if it had never been announced for the Wii, would it ever have been as badly censored? What with the Wii being marketed to a much younger (or perhaps broader would be a better way to put it) audience and all.

When this comes out there isnt going to be less violance especially with the trillon dollars spent on the Iraq war. Most people will be playing it and nobody is going to be hurt. Like books,paintings and movies this is just a way for people to enjoy a good story with suspense and thrill when i say entertain I mean that these situations are extreme and so extreme that I will only see this in a game.I even reamber that it was SAid MUsiC WAS to Blame For the violance and some would agree.

If your not going to get the game because it has blurs, your missing out on a very good game. The game is supposed to be adult and dark, and a lot of the comments sound like people are just getting the game for the violence. On the topic of the blur, its not that bad, i think it makes it seem a lil' more insane.

I don't think this effect really make that much of a difference compare to the uncut version. IGN and Gamespot really exaggerated the toned down violence part.

uhh the ps2 retail version also have this filter. Unless you download the uncut version online provided you have a modded ps2.

nu uhh man the ps2 version is only red and black and white the wii version is all blurry with the christmasy effect and the black and white combined. PS2 ALL THE WAY. BUT I have to admit that the wii version is still awesome because it has more blood and gore.
