That is becuase they called CCP TWO days before the fight, and told them they would have a big fight in that system. Then CCP add a lot of server capacity to that system.

People need to be paid for the work they do. Let's say they pay everyone at CCP 15 bucks a day for 8 hours of work, that's 120 bucks a day per person, now, each month is roughly 30 days, let's say they work 20 of them, so, that's $2400 for each person on a monthly basis. Of course, not only do those people whom create this lovely game get paid more than 15 bucks, you have to also remember they also need to keep upgrading to make the game better, so they need to buy better computers, etc etc

37.4mill+ in monthly dues and why is there still lag? Probably because your computer cant handle so much stuff going on at the same time, so dont go blaming CCP for what your computer cant keep up with. They use that money for much more than trying to make the game less laggy for everyone, such as improving graphics, fixing bugs, updating software, all that good stuff.

oh and btw, assuming you play, you're complaining about lag and yet you pay to play, lets see you do better =P
