@Hi675445 illegal emigration? if he is a U.S. citizen he is allowed to travel to border towns and certain palaces in within the state of Mexico without a permit. the only charges he has in Mexico is......well not crossing the border on the pedestrian zone. but he is a fugitive so he is going to be sent back into the U.S. and face the charges on its nation, still as i told you he can serve not get death penalty now. so he can get to serve 7 full sentences lol. id rather die.
