  • good job

  • Fucked upload, no sound. Why hasn't it been deleted yet?

  • ermm sound????

  • I'm getting NOT ONE IOTA OF SOUND! This is a remarkable video, but the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards are no where to be heard, and this is one of their better pieces. Please fix!!

  • SPLENDID..... but where IS the sound??? I envy you RA people.... when u go to war, it's a majestic trip full of pomp and ceremony. Who WOULDN'T fall in behind a bunch of bagpipers???

  • where is the sound'

  • felicitaciones levanta el honor la pureza del hombre de armas

  • Thanks for the chabum armor

  • im going into royal scots dragoon gaurds next year after training ( british army) cant wait

  • Good luck pal, not many jobs for the Armoured Corps vacant at the mo so make the most of it, all the best

  • Seriously :s? I was at the careers office like a month ago and they said pretty much everything is packed at the moment because of the recession.

  • @sallybeatz hey dude am thinking about joining scots dragoon guards aswell can you tell me where there basic training is i know there basied in germany and also whats the run time to join them?

  • Incredible lads. Well done and keep it up.

  • This is a beautiful juxtaposition of a time honored tradition with the modern battlefield. The reality of war is brutal and ugly. The beautiful and haunting sounds of the Pipes and clips of daily life for the soldiers bring home the reality . God keep and protect all soldiers to whom duty has called to the battle lines.

  • Scotsmen in their tanks, almost as tough as an Irish/Scot in an M1A1 Abrams!!

  • Our Chally II shall wipe you in your M1A1 Abrams. ;)

  • Very interesting, dispite the RANTS fo some. Thanks for posting.

  • siopsa,

You sound like a jelous child, ranting and raving like that. Spitting obcenities at strangers - Thats what children do.

They are Soldiers, I´ll even go as far as to say I used to be in that actual Regiment.

So when you insult them, you insult me.

It says Italy on your profile but what is your nationality? Why do you hat the British so?

    Do you feel inferior maybe?

  • also dont forget ur soldiers that fight for money hungry ceo's which are also strangers to u..

u only support their cause..people u have never met be4.

  • The Argie says theyre not Soldiers, theyre mercenaries.

  • Great video Thanks.

The Spanish speaker below is calling them a bunch of mercenarys doing the dirty work for the US by the way. My guess is hes an Argie with the typical Argie chip on the shoulder cause we kicked their arses of of the Falklands in 82`

  • The Argentine army the laughingstock of professional soldiers everywhere.

the leadership that left 17 year old conscripts to face the SAS and the Gurhkas (arguable the best soldiers in the world).

This is from an American by the way

  • Pretty pathetic of the 'Junta' wasn't it.

  • No kidding! the only ones worse are the Arab armies (And I include Iran in that.)!

  • We sleep soundly in our beds at night, secure in the knowledge that the "watcher" is watching over us!Thank you young Bravehearts from all nations, who have sacrificed so much to keep us free!I pray you will be home soon!

  • cool ~ video ~

  • No son soldados. Son merdcenarios sin honor ni bandera haciendo parte del trabajo "dirty" de sus amos USA. "Dragones"...por que no terminators? jajajajajaja...bastardos.

  • The word is `Dragoon`not Dragon - It means a type of heavy cavalryman.

I bet your an Argentinian with a chip on his shoulder are you not?

Pity you got kicked in the balls in 1982 eh?

    Los Malvinas No sons Argentinas!!!

  • They are from Britain, and fight in the British Army. Mercinaries? hahahhaa

A little upset about the Falklands are you....

  • No mate.. we went and got them back ..Pronto!!!

  • History will tell who was right and who was wrong who was a coward and who was brave. I can say they did their time and they pay the price so everyone could be free. The british Army is in my opinion one of the only true allies that we have.

  • And Canada mate, don`t you forget us, sweating out in the sun with your boys

  • The original music comes from the movie 'The thin red line' does it not?

About the US marines on Guadalcanal in WW2.

  • the original is called ''The Gael''. The Gael literally means ''The Scotsman''. Its an old bagpipe tune

  • Agreed, - But this re-mix has the track `Journey to the line`by hans Zimmer over it. hence the title of the re-mix.

It was used in the movie `the thin red line`about US marines on Guadalcanal against the Japs.

I love the `Gael`by the way males the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.

  • A Gael is a Scottish Highlander. :)

  • and here people from Miami are just fuckheads.

  • Nah your verging on ruining the original here.

  • not that bad too, but i absolutely love the original one

  • Great video - love this Hans Zimmer tune.

My prayers and thanks go out to our soldiers this Chrismas who give so much for us all.

  • Very nice video! I agree with pinkpolyanthus, we should always remember these brave souls at Christmas and always. Say an extra prayer for them.

  • Absolutely brilliant! I hope everyone is remembering these brave men and women over the holiday season and wishing them a safe and speedy return to their families.
