no way, sorry, Jerry Reed's is better, but thats ok because its not like anyone has to go by what one peson says. I have nothing against Road Hammers but Jerry's version in my eyes has more of a fun beat and better guitar solo, especially the extended one. Road Hammer's did it great too though.

@Thepolarcat You aint a kiddin Bud.It was 1985 when I hit the road for the first time.I pulled out of MCI's yard in Joplin Missouri with a floor load(1,044pcs) of shitters headed for Abilene.it was just meant to be because once I turned on the juke box this song just started and I was stung by the roadbug. I ran the road for the next 7 years.Those were some of the best years of my life.Be safe,live long,and dont grind gears.
